A request to the ORIGIN

The ORIGIN might look and sound like he had affection for humanity but it was the kind of affection that a human might find difficult to understand. Erste frowned when he heard the ORIGIN's answer, even though he already expected that he would be rejected he did not expect that kind of answer. 

"So you're saying that it's alright for them to die?" 

"I'm confused why are you asking that question?... Oh, I see I think you're mistaken. The humans that physically die do not experience true death. As long as your soul is intact, death is nothing but a phase, just a minor inconvenience. Their consciousness and souls still exist and the physical body is easily recreated."

"You're telling me it's alright for them to die because you can just remake them? Is that the so-called reset that I have been hearing about?" 

"Oh, you have heard about the reset. Well in a way that also proves my point." 

"It seems like we won't be able to see eye to eye."
