On the Modern Earth, a man is seen wearing construction gear. He was being reprimanded for a mistake his co-worker made. His name is Asai Aritaka, a man in his early thirties.
After being reprimanded, he is seen heading back to his position, but was suddenly engulfed in a bright white light. A magic circle appeared under his feet and to his surprise his surroundings changed. Asai blinked to see the floor he stood on was no longer marble, but wood.
The circle beneath his feet were no more.
"It was a success, My Lord." A deep voice drew Asai's attention to a figure standing beside a throne. He nearly fell backwards from the shocking appearance of the creature.
He pointed at it, "A Monster!" he gasped out loud.
The creature gave him a cold glare, "How rude. If you were not the hero My Lord has summoned, I would kill you here." the monster seethes.
My Lord? Asai finally noticed the throne the creature stood next to, was not an empty one. Instead, there was a child with glowing red eyes. The eyes seemed to be piercing deep into his very soul. What kind of situation was this?
"Hero?" Asai asked. What the hell was that thing talking about?
No, what is it in the first place? And who was the child sitting on that throne. Was he suppose to be the king of this palace? But he's only a child!
Alban could sense the fear in the human standing before him. It must be a perk demon's have. "It looks like this human is confused. Rallmul." Alban states. Rallmul descended to the floor below the stairs and stood before the frightened human.
He still held the Magic Sphere in his hand, something his Lord had ordered. "After you put your mana into the sphere then we will explain." He says.
In a situation where his life could be in danger, Asai placed his slightly trembling hand onto the sphere. Using the instructions from the monster, he inserted his mana into the sphere which glowed a grayish light.

The creature turns to the child on the throne, "just as you have summoned, My lord. He's a Builder." The creature confirms.
"Excellent. Explain the situation to him and put him to work." The child orders.
"Yes, My Lord." The creature bows then turns his attention to Asai. "Follow me, I will explain things on the way to your sleeping quarters." The creature says leading him out of the throne room.
After using 50 mana to summon one hero with a B rank potential growth in building, Alban barely had enough to summon another hero. He'll need a day before he fully restores his mana. The most he can do with the Builder is make a few repairs. It's better than nothing.
Rallmul returned within the hour, "My Lord, I explained the situation to the Builder. I think it might take him a few days to get used to his new environment." He reported.
"It's fine. I don't expect everyone to have my mentality. I allow him to take couple of days to take it all in. As for now, it would be useless without material to make repairs. Rallmul, perhaps, do we have a treasury?" Alban asked.
"We do, My Lord. But if I may be frank, it has been empty for more than two years, stolen by bandits." Rallmul admits.
Alban released his aura into the room, his anger raged, "If my instincts are correct, Rallmul, you are not so weak that mere bandits could easily rob this place of its treasures." He seethes.
Rallmul shivers from the killing intent he can feel coming from his lord. It may not be able to make him kneel in complete submission, but it was still fierce. "It is true that I am not a mere pond amongst lakes, but I too will have a hard time when thousands of bandits are involved." He answers.
Alban calmed down, it won't help any if he gets angry over something that happened when he wasn't here. But he won't let them off easily. A demon king was still a demon king. While he may be weak against other demon kings, he should be able to annihilate an entire group of bandits.
His main goal was to gather material, he'll kill them all to recover what's left. Alban will show no mercy to his enemies, and even less mercy to those who try to betray him. "Be prepared. we'll be setting out to destroy the bandits who dare steal from us." Alban orders Rallmul.
Rallmul bows quickly, "as you wish, My Lord." He says.
From his window, Asai notices two figures flying through the sky, they seemed to be heading North. One was adult sized, while the other was the height of a child. They disappeared just as quickly as they appeared. Did he imagine it?
Meanwhile in the mountains, two men are seen fighting off boars as a competition.
"Ha ha, how weak! I Tiger Claw of the Ruthless Bandits will destroy you here!" The man shouting fiercely is the second leader of said Ruthless Bandits. He's a heavily muscled man with a tan skin color.
He has sharp and rustic features that gives him a scary appearance. It's the bald shape of his head that makes him look even fiercer. The boar he took down was an E rank Tree Boar.
"Getting excited for taking down such a weak monster. You barely pass." This voice was the leader of the Ruthless Bandits. He's known as Fire Jed, while he too is only at E Rank, his aura was that of a D ranker.
Tiger Claw grins, "I was only warmin' up. Should we try taking on a D rank monster to prove my strength?" He asked.
It never ends, Tiger Claw always tries to find ways to compete with the leader. 'There's no need, let's get back to the base, I think this big boy should be enough to feed everyone." Fire Jed says.
Once they arrived at the base, there was sickening aroma of blood filling the air. "Looks like our men are having a bit of fun without us." Tiger Claw says with a leer.
The base of the Ravishing Bandits that sat near the mountain was not a place that can be easily approached. It had a tall wooden fence barrier made of Dark Birch Wood from the Magic forest.
It is impossible to penetrate if one was below D rank. Usually someone is guarding the entrance, but there were no one, did they slack off to eat or something?
Upon entering the camp, the sickening smell of blood became thicker. "Leader, am I hallucinating?" Tiger Claw's voice trembled. It only made sense for this reaction.
A thousand men, that's how many men inhabited this camp. They weren't strong, but their not particularly weak if they work together, either.
"Isn't that the lowest level devil amongst devils? How was he able to take out all of our brothers?" Tiger Claw asked.
Rallmul was covered in blood, "It seems I went overboard. If I knew they were this weak, I would have massacred them a long time ago." He says, the aura surrounding this devil was strange and different.
Fire Jed held his arm out to keep Tiger Claw from approaching, "Be careful, he's not as simple as he seems. You devil, I don't think we did anything to anger you, why have you killed my brothers?" He asked.
Tiger Claw clenches his fist in rage, "Why question a monster? It's a devil's nature to kill without a care." He seethes.
"A devil's nature? This coming from bandits who steal, kill, and rape the innocent? I think the real monsters are you, no?" The devil asked with a narrowed gaze.
"What's that? A devil like you saying as though you don't kill the innocent! What are you a hypocrite?" Tiger Claw asked angrily.
The devil does not answer then suddenly smirks, "It seems my Lord is getting impatient. But you're not wrong. Let's end it here, My Lord is waiting." The devil says.
"Stop, Rallmul." Another voice spoke. Rallmul had only been inches away from clawing Fire Jed's face off and turned to look behind him.
That was a close one. But who was that child? White hair, fair skin, and eyes as red as blood, he's not normal. Those eyes were the signs of a demon for sure.
"My Lord." Rallmul quickly kneels before Alban.
"When did devils became so weak that they have to bow down to children?" Tiger Claw asked with a smirk.
"This...!" Rallmul was about to launch another attack but froze. The only thing he could do was glare at his target. This was because, Alban may be the weakest amongst demon kings and queens, but he was still stronger than a mere devil of his level.
"You should be honored that you weren't just killed by said weak devil." The child spoke.
Fire Jed had lived ten years of his life as a bandit and one thing it taught him was how to read a situation. "Tiger Claw, don't move. That child is stronger than that devil." He warns.
"I expected as much. What a smart guy, I wanted Rallmul to spare you for a reason. I lack many things since I've only been born recently. You see, I heard that it was your bandit camp that stole from my treasury a couple of years ago, I'm only here to take back what's mine." The child explains.
A couple of years ago? The treasury they attacked back then had long been subdued to ashes.
