The man is not simple

"I do not know how but my computer crashed and I want a technical expert to come and check it. Yes! Thank you."

Hao did not linger there anymore as he took quick steps towards the exit and left the police station without even turning back once.

"Thumbelina, why do I not have any memory of this body?" though his voice was still indifferent traces of curiosity could be felt in his voice.

Zhao Wei bit her lips and did not even commented on calling her Thumbelina as she muttered,

"I am not sure either master. But I think the body was wiped of his past memories and relatives so that you could use it well!"

He frowned when he heard her lame excuse but did not probe further as he knew she was as clueless as him.

Now he had another task in his hands too! He shook his head at that thought while he walked towards a cab that was standing in the corner.

"Master! Are we going to sit in a car!!" Though she was asking, she had already entered and was hopping on the seat and then leaning and rubbing her body on the seat.

He looked at her with disdain! She called herself a fairy of judgement yet she was acting like a kid all the time.

Feeling his mocking gaze, she puffed her cheeks and replied,

"What! It was the first time that I did not need to fly! Do you have any idea how difficult it is to match your steps!" Though her voice was aggrieved he still just rolled his eyes as he knew most of the time she only sat on his shoulders or stayed inside his body.

But he did not want to waste his time arguing with the girl.

On the other side,

"Wow! The whole motherboard burnt and hard disk too.`` The technician looked at the computer with wonder because it was only 3 months old.

"You can not repair it?" There was a bit of anger in her voice so the technician shook his head hurriedly.

"Of course, I can repair it. But it will take some time and I am not sure if the data can be derived. But I will try my best." with that he picked the computer and left the office before the chief could say anything.

He did not want to face the angry woman alone!

Once alone her thoughts drifted back to the file in front of her. It was a queer and ridiculous information.

A man who was born in China was adopted by a rich couple and taken overseas. Where he studies and handles their business. But one day the couple died, and Hao donated all the money and properties of the couple to the extent of not keeping even a penny for himself and came back here. But there was no information after he came here 1 year ago and why he donated everything.

There was not even a name of the organisation where he donated millions of dollars!!

Getting irritated, she threw the file and rubbed her forehead. She did not know why she felt that he was a very dangerous man when she met her in the cell.

She felt so much pressure when he told her not to threaten him again that she actually obliged at once though she received innumerous threats all day from criminals and the underworld. While he was just alone and was not even attempting to attack him..

"Was it because of the condition of two other subordinates?" she sighed and picked up another file to distract herself when the door of her cabin knocked.

"Come in!"

Soon a young policeman entered and saluted her.

"Yes!"

"Chief, there is a man who has come for the bail of Hao! They have lawyer Lee Sangmin with them for the procedures.

I thought it would be better to ask you first since you have detained him.'' His voice was filled with respect and admiration as he looked at the woman who was only a few years older than him yet she was on the highest chain while he was still at the starting point.

"What? You mean that the country's best lawyer is here to get him out when he was about to leave the cell in 48 hours anyway?" there was a hint of surprise in her voice even when she tried to depict herself as calm.

"Yes, so.. Shall I let him go?" asked the policeman, taken aback.

Though rare, this was not the first time that a top lawyer had come to bail someone out. Then why was the chief looking shocked. Though he had questions, he did not probe unnecessarily into the matter.

"Send them to my office and bring Hao here too." she replied in a calm voice again as if the ripple in the lake was never there.

The man nodded his head and turned and left. In a minute, the door was knocked again and in came an old man and the lawyer.

Both have a dignified aura around them that created pressure in the person that was in front of them.

"We are here for the bail of master Hao!" said the man in a respected tone when she raised a brow.

"Please have a seat!" she pointed at the chair and they both exchanged glances.

"I apologise but we are in a bit of a hurry. So if we let go of these formalities and complete the procedure!" it was evident that the man would not indulge her even when she probed into the matter.

"I understand, I have sent someone to call Mr Hao, but I want to know his full name to register in the database."

"Sure it is Hao Shuai!" he replied in a confident tone and passed the papers to her.

She scanned everything and realised that they had mentioned all his needed information and nodded her head satisfactorily. It was at least a starting point, she could always search more from this.

"Chief the man is not there!"
