Headmistress Umbridge

Third Person P.O.V.

Harry stared at him. He could not see how Dumbledore was going to talk him out of this one; if Willy Widdershins had indeed heard every word he said in the Hog's Head there was simply no escaping it.

"Oho!" said Fudge, bouncing up and down on the balls of his feet again. "Yes, do let's hear the latest cock-and-bull story designed to pull Potter out of trouble! Go on, then, Dumbledore, go on — Willy Widdershins was lying, was he? Or was it Potter's identical twin in the Hog's Head that day? Or is there the usual simple explanation involving a reversal of time, a dead man coming back to life, and a couple of invisible dementors?"

Percy Weasley let out a hearty laugh. Asteria just looks at them like they're stupid.

"Oh, very good, Minister, very good!"

Harry could have kicked him. Then he saw, to his astonishment, that Dumbledore was smiling gently too. But not to Asteria's surprise, she was swaying as if to hide all the rage that was bound to come out without warning.

"Cornelius, I do not deny — and nor, I am sure, does Harry — that he was in the Hog's Head that day, nor that he was trying to recruit students to a Defense Against the Dark Arts group. I am merely pointing out that Dolores is quite wrong to suggest that such a group was, at that time, illegal. If you remember, the Ministry decree banning all student societies was not put into effect until two days after Harry's Hogsmeade meeting, so he was not breaking any rules in the Hog's Head at all."

Percy looked as though he had been struck in the face by something very heavy. Fudge remained motionless in mid-bounce, his mouth hanging open. Asteria continues swaying and being the one who wasn't involved in the conversation at all.

Umbridge recovered first.

"That's all very fine, Headmaster," she said, smiling sweetly. "But we are now nearly six months on from the introduction of Educational Decree Number Twenty-four. If the first meeting was not illegal, all those that have happened since most certainly are."

"Well," said Dumbledore, surveying her with polite interest over the top of his interlocked fingers, "they certainly would be, if they had continued after the decree came into effect. Do you have any evidence that these meetings continued?"

The conversation went on until Dumbledore admitted to creating an army which by the looks of it only made Asteria laugh even more. With her not knowing what really happened it was a sight to be seen with Dumbledore gone and two students that obviously didn't know what was going on.

As rumors spread about what happened to Dumbledore, Asteria hasn't gotten out of her self-isolation. Moreover, she still was making sure nothing was going to happen to the rest of the demigods. But it was a little whisper that sets her into a possible chaotic root for the future.

Asteria followed Fred and George, coming behind them with the stealth of a ninja.

"Boo," Asteria says as she finally caught up to them.

"Well if it isn't the mysteries young transfer student," Fred says

"What can we do for you, miss?" George ask.

"I can help with your plans on messing with Umbridge. Thalia and I were the ones that pranked her room first," Asteria says cheerfully.

"We have a plan but unless you have something to add fireworks we really should be going," George says.

"I can make it so the person trying to get rid of them would get electrocuted. That would make Thalia," Asteria says.

Fred and George both looked at each other and nods. The three of them had quietly arranged all of that to happen. They watched as everything became into play. Umbridge going all around the school as professors didn't know how to handle the fireworks. Thalia came out of a few of her classes chuckling as it spread that a few of the fireworks would give electric shocks if you make them disappear. Everyone was laughing and the Gryffindor common room was full of people surrounding Fred and George. They looked happy and that's all Asteria could want for her friends.

"You know sooner or later you're going to have to talk about what's going on," Thalia whispers to Asteria.

"Not going to happen Thalia. We have other things to do," Asteria whispers back.

The night was still young and no one could tell what she was thinking.
