Karium and the General, along with the three guards flee from the Lezarian Army camp. They knew that soldiers will soon comb the whole capital, so they cannot return to the inn anymore. It's too much of a risk. As such, they rode their horses and took whatever path possible.
"His Highness is losing too much blood," Lance who sat behind the Prince on the horse said to the others. As the Prince was too weak to ride alone, he had to aid him that way. Though others also had several injuries, it wasn't as serious as Karium's.
"We have the necessities but we need to find a safe place to treat his wound," General Neal Saraze said.
In case something went wrong, Lance and the two other guards even brought some herbs and bandages with them. They knew very well that they will have to practically flee if things go south.
