Main Characterisation

Zoe (Main Character)

Zoe is the main character, a 28-year-old woman with a slender figure, black shoulder-length hair, and determined eyes. She dresses fashionably and professionally. Despite her independent, confident, and intelligent personality, she has a soft and fragile side deep down. Zoe has a strong aversion to betrayal. Initially, her goal was to take revenge on her ex-fiancé's betrayal, but it later shifted to finding self-worth and independence. After experiencing her fiancé's betrayal, she decides to seek revenge and engages in a ruthless game with Henry, ultimately falling in love with him. However, when Henry's ex-fiancée returns, she ends the relationship heartbroken and embarks on a journey of self-growth. Coming from an ordinary family, Zoe became a career elite through her efforts. She had high expectations for love but despises betrayal, yearning to find true self and happiness. 

Henry (Main Character)

Henry is a 35-year-old charming, mature man with black hair that has some silver strands and gentle yet deep eyes. Standing at 180 cm tall, he has a caring and responsible personality, but with a complex inner emotional turmoil. Initially, Henry's goal was to fill the void left by his ex-fiancée's departure, but later he fell genuinely in love with Zoe and hoped to spend his life with her. After starting a relationship with Zoe, he gradually fell for her and planned their future. However, his ex-fiancée's return put him in a dilemma, ultimately losing Zoe and realizing his mistakes, leading to regret. From a privileged family background, Henry had a profound past relationship, but his ex-fiancée's departure left him heartbroken. He hoped to fill the emptiness with a new relationship but eventually realized his true need for unconditional love. 

Jason (Supporting Character)

Jason is a 30-year-old handsome man, standing at 175 cm tall. He is well-dressed, confident, yet slightly restless. Jason is selfish, good at disguising himself, unfaithful, and irresponsible in relationships. His goal is to enjoy various pleasures in life, especially the pursuit and conquest of women. After getting engaged to Zoe, he continued his unfaithful ways and was eventually caught cheating by Zoe. He attempted to win her back but failed, ultimately losing her. Coming from a wealthy family, Jason was spoiled from a young age, forming a self-centered personality. He doesn't take relationships seriously, seeking more thrill and novelty. 

Emily (Supporting Character)

Emily is a 32-year-old elegant woman with smooth black hair, delicate features, and dressed elegantly. Standing at 167 cm tall, she is intelligent and rational but emotionally cold and self-protective. Previously, Emily left Henry to pursue her career and personal development, but upon returning, she hoped to reconnect with their past emotions. She was Henry's ex-fiancée, who left for personal reasons. Upon returning, she tried to reenter Henry's life, indirectly causing Zoe's departure. From a privileged background, Emily is career-oriented. She left Henry for her career but still had emotional ties, hoping to rekindle their old romance. 

Lily (Supporting Character)

Lily is a 28-year-old woman with short and stylish hair, a smiling face, and dressed casually but tastefully. Standing at 160 cm tall, she has an outgoing, straightforward, and understanding personality, and is Zoe's best friend. Lily hopes Zoe finds true happiness and supports all her decisions. She is always by Zoe's side, providing emotional support and advice. No matter Zoe's decision, Lily stands firmly by her side. Friends with Zoe since college, they are like sisters. Lily's loyalty and care for her friend make her an indispensable part of Zoe's life.
