Half a day has gone by since the third's visit to the hospital. The moon was as of now up in the sky, the stars giving it company. After tiring herself out from flailing around, Tomoka fell asleep. The night was peaceful, silent and calm. All of that was bound to change in a few minutes. As of this very moment a masked man had kidnapped Kushina Uzumaki after she gave birth to her son.

Kushina Uzumaki, the loving wife of the fourth Hokage and more importantly as of now the jinchuriki of the Kyuubi. That last one was the very reason why the masked man had gone through the trouble of kidnapping her.

"Do you know how long I've waited for this moment?" The masked man couldn't help himself. The sheer hatred he had for Konoha could not be easily understood. In front of him was Kushina chained to the nearby boulders by fuinjutsu seals.

Normally, the seal that contains the Kyuubi within her body was as solid as a granite wall. Unfortunately said seal was currently weakened from her giving birth. As of now all that was required for the Kyuubi to be freed was a little push. A push that the masked man was more than happy to provide.

However, for his plan to succeed he needed to do a little something first. From a hole in the mask his eye could be seen. A red iris with three tomoe around the pupil. In this world those eyes are known as the sharingan, a powerful kekkei genkai belonging to the Uchiha clan. One of the skills those eyes possess is that of powerful genjutsu. So powerful in fact that someone with the mangekyou version is capable of controlling a tailed beast such as the Kyuubi.

Now with the Kyuubi under his control the man made his move. He forced the Kyuubi out of the seal. This action would normally kill the jinchuriki; however, the Uzumaki's absurd vitality managed to keep Kushina alive, if just barely. Not bothering to kill her himself, the man used Kyuubi to kill her, or at least he tried.

Minato had appeared in the nick of time saving his weakened wife. Using his flying raijin jutsu he quickly carried his wife home where previously he had carried his newborn son. Not wasting any time Minato took his Hokage robe and left to fight against the masked man and Kyuubi.

Inside the Uchiha compound the masked man summoned the controlled Kyuubi. Suddenly the peaceful night was disrupted and all hell broke loose. Kyuubi, a tailed beast with a massive size of almost seven-hundred meters from head to tails, appeared out of nowhere.

The fight soon broke out as ninjas confronted the beast. Fires raged and buildings crumbled under the chaotic battle. If one were to compare normal jonin to the Kyuubi it would be akin to comparing small bugs to a human. As the battle raged on, more buildings collapsed.

Inside the hospital Tomoka woke up due to all the commotion. The babies near her also woke up and began crying. Nurses could be seen running to and fro as they worked frantically to move the patients to one of the shelters. The babies were no exception as they too were being carried away.

Soon enough Tomoka was the last baby to be picked up by the nurse to be carried away. However, as luck would have it at that very moment the building began to shake and collapse. Not seeing any other option as the door was blocked by rubble the nurse jumped out the nearby window using her back to shield Tomoka.

The nurse thankfully was a genin meaning she was strong enough to survive jumping from the second floor. Unfortunately the ordeal wasn't over. A large piece of rubble fell as she tried to regain her balance hitting her back.

Tomoka was released from the woman's arms falling a meter away. Her body ached and hurt as she landed on the hard ground. The blanket offered little protection but something was better than nothing. Thankfully she fell on her back as a direct impact to the head would be dangerous.

Immovile due to her young age Tomoka could do nothing more than watch as the nurse was buried by the falling ruble. However, something far more important took her attention. As she looked upward she could see a massive fox wreaking havoc near her.

'Is that the fucking Kyuubi! What the actual fuck! I am not even a day old and I am having to deal with Kyuubi apearing out of fucking nowhere! FUCK! I don't want to die, damit! I was just born! I didn't wait a whole fucking month in absolute darkness, bored to no end to be killed as soon as I am born! Yoh! Kurama! Fuck off, at least wait till I can move properly to try and kill me you overgrown fox!'

Unknown to her the sheer stress from having death breathing down your nape made her body react. Chakra flowed through her body in an attempt to strengthen her for the fight or flee response. Unfortunately, a strong baby is still a baby. However, something else did happen. Her green eyes slowly took a pink hue as her pupils separated. Now her pink eyes with two pupils each looked intently at Kyuubi.

As she did she could see a bright red hue surrounding Kyuubi like a cloak. A part of said clock separated into a wisp of red energy that flew towards her before entering her eyes. Then pain followed. A Burning sensation akin to acid burned her eyes as small tears of blood formed on the corners of her eyes.

'What the fuck it hurts! Stupid fox go away already!'

The more she looked at Kyuubi the more wisps of red would flow and enter her eyes causing more and more pain to her. At some point the pain spread from her eyes to the rest of her body. As if her entire being was being bathed in acid.

'Stupid fox I swear if you kill me I will haunt you till the end of the universe!'

As his rampage continued Kyuubi felt an odd feeling, one he disliked a lot. He could feel how someone or something was taking chakra from him. The amount was negligible like a drop of water missing from a giant lake. Yet he would not allow anyone to dare and steal from him! Even while being controlled his subconscious pride took charge to try and get rid of the nuisance.

At that moment he spotted a tiny human baby on the ground gazing at him. He could feel his chakra being drawn towards the baby. Because of this he tried to kill it by stepping on it with his giant frontal claw. Just as he was about to kill the little nuisance the third hokage used Enma's adamantine staff form to attack him. The attack offset his balance causing his claw to grab a whole chunk of the ground instead of just crushing the baby.

Kyuubi had been pushed outside of the village by the hokage while holding a bunch of dirt in his right claw. At that moment Kyuubi disregarded the dirt he held in his claw as the baby should have died for sure. Instead he opted to make a bijudama to attack. Like before it was teleported away by Minato. Soon after the fourth teleported the Kyuubi alongside him far away to prevent further damage to the village.

Tomoka could be said to have the best and worst luck ever. The worst because she had been attacked after just being born! The best because despite all that had happened until now she was still alive! Somehow the rubble Kyuubi picked up made a perfect pocket inside of it where Tomoka was currently.

'Kurama I swear! I have nothing against you, I actually like you quite a bit! But that doesn't mean I won't get angry if you kill me!' While cursing her heart out she felt how the clump of rubble she was trapped in moved at quite the speed. In panic Tomoka flared her chakra forming a thin protective film.

Minato dodged a clump of rubble Kyuubi sent his way. As it impacted the ground a figure clad in blue light came tumbling out of it. That single moment of distraction would have been fatal if it wasn't for Kushina using her adamantine chains to restrain the kyuubi. However, more surprising than that was the sound of a baby crying from the direction where the light fell.

'IT HURTS DAMMIT!'

Kyuubi, Minato and Kushina were surprised to see a baby no older than Naruto crying on the ground while glaring at the Kyuubi. At that moment Minato made a decision. Originally he wanted to seal half of Kyuubi with him using the reaper death seal. This was so Kushina could seal the other half in Naruto.

The reason behind this plan was simple. He wished for both Naruto and Kushina to live. However, as of now Kushina was too weak to hold even half of Kyuubi inside of her. As for Naruto, he was just a baby. The burden Naruto's body would have to withstand if the entire Kyuubi was sealed inside him would kill him.

Now there was another option. Minato could tell that the baby Kyuubi had brought had enough vitality to hold the other half of Kyuubi. With this, he could save his own life. It might sound selfish but he promised in his heart to treat that kid the best he could in the future to repay his debt.

The Kyuubi or rather Kurama was instead confused and distracted. Just before he threw the clump of rubble he had in his hand he heard someone using his name! Not only that but whoever did dared to curse him! He began looking around to try and find who dared. This distraction cost him dearly.

As he stopped resisting Kushina's adamantine chains for a moment both her and Minato took the opportunity to act. Minato quickly summoned a pair of small altars and in one Kushina placed Naruto while in the other Minato placed Tomoka. Not wasting any time they began the procedure.

At that moment Kurama realized his mistake. He quickly attacked the pair of children. However to his dismay, Kushina used her body to shield Naruto while Minato used his to shield Tomoka. Kurama's claws were just a few inches away from the two but they would not move any closer.

"Summoning jutsu!" Minato could feel how his life slipped away but he still had a duty to complete.

"Gerotora, I am going to give you the sealing formula's key" Minato did as he said and soon after Gerotora left.

"Eight signed seal" Soon after light engulfed everyone present as Kurama disappeared inside Naruto and Tomoka. His yang half inside the boy and his yin inside the girl. Right after that, the lifeless bodies of Minato and Kushina fell to the floor as their lives came to an end.

'You have to be shitting me, there is no way. Did this really just happen? Why the fuck would Minato seal the GODS BE DAMNED KYUUBI INSIDE OF ME! FUCK! Now I have to deal with a grumpy old fox whispering in my ear for years to come!'

[Hmph]

'Oi Kurama! I swear if you try anything funny I will make you regret it! I don't know how, I don't know when but I will fuck you up! you hear me!'

At that moment Kurama's eyes opened wide. It was this baby that used his name! Not to mention, he just realized the baby's thoughts are too developed for a kid her age! Worst of all was her foul mouth!

[Brat, How do you know my name?]

Kurama was distraught on what to do as of now. He was talking with a baby, oh how the great have fallen. On the other hand Tomoka wasn't happy with being called a brat. She might be a baby right now but inside she had lived for a good thirty-four years before her reincarnation.

'What do you mean brat you stupid fox! Have some respect! I might not be as ancient as you but I will let you know I am thirty-four!'

[Who do you take me for? you shitty brat. You are clearly a baby that has no bowel control and shits her pants! Now tell me how you know my name!]

'Are you calling me a liar!? That's it, don't let me see you or I will beat you up!'

[A shitty brat like you? beating me up? HA, don't make me laugh brat, you aren't even big enough to count as a snack!]

The bickering and cursing continued for a good half an hour. The two were so engrossed in cursing each other that they didn't realize Tomoka and Naruto were carried back to the village. An hour later Tomoka was once again inside a crib with her eyes closed. However, she wasn't sleeping.

She was in her mindscape talking to Kurama. In there she looked like a twenty-five year old version of her new body.

[So let me get this straight. You are some scientist from another world that got reincarnated into this one. You know my name because in your world this world was something like a story]

'That is right. I know its kinda hard to believe but all the proof you need is that we are talking right now'

[Or someone else took the body of a newborn through a forbidden jutsu]

'Or that' Silence ensued as neither knew what to say now. As they thought, Tomoka decided to gamble and tell a few things she knew to Kurama to try and get his trust.

'How about this. I will tell you something that no one should know about'

[Sure go ahead]

Tomoka began talking about the ten tails and how he and his brothers and sisters were once part of it. She talked about Kaguya and Hagoromo. The more she talked the more disturbed Kurama looked.

'So do you believe me now?' Truth be told, Kurama didn't believe her at all. After all, the things she said were a little… unsettling if true. However, he decided against antagonizing her. With the amount of knowledge she possessed she could be a formidable enemy.

[Not really but there is nothing I can do about it. However, I must ask… What are you planning to do with all that information] Kurama squinted his eyes.

'Nothing, that is my answer. I do not plan to do anything with it. I am not dumb I know how dangerous the ten tails is not to mention Kaguya. However, I can tell you right here right now that if this world follows the same plot I know Kaguya will be brought back. That's why I would like for you to cooperate with me so we can survive this ordeal.'

A while of silent staring later Kurama made his decision.

[Fine, but don't think for even a moment that we are friends. As soon as I deem our deal unbeneficial to me I am out]

'Sure sure'

Like that the discussion came to an end. Soon after, Tomoka fell asleep. She was completely exhausted. She was a newborn after all. Newborns aren't supposed to go through what she went through.

Inside the Hokage's office Hiruzen sat with a deep frown on his face. The fourth died and now he had to take back the mantle. To tell the truth he would have preferred to die instead of Minato. Not like it mattered the paperwork would kill him soon enough.

Report after report piled on his desk as he tried his best to read them and give orders accordingly. The catastrophe had subsided but the problems didn't. The village had been weakened and now he had to think of a way to remedy the situation. He needed konoha to show a strong front so the other nations would not attack them.

"I am too old for this" Hiruzen sighed as he massaged his temples trying to shoo away the headache that he could feel coming.

In another location, Danzo was fuming. He had expected the situation to become a great opportunity for him to take the position as hokage but Hiruzen had to ruin everything. The old bastard had to go and retake the mantle. Danzo couldn't curse Hiruzen enough. At least there was a silver lining.

With the incident's origin taking place in the Uchiha's compound he could make tensions rise between the Uchiha and the village. Not to mention that it was well known amongst the council that only a powerful sharingan could control the kyuubi. With this, he could accuse the Uchiha of plotting a coup d'etat.

The night had passed and dawn shone upon the village. However, as the light of the sun shone the dark shadows made their appearance. Troubled times were ahead and no one but a shitty brat and a grumpy fox knew.

Life continued, a year has gone by since the Kyuubi attack. As of now Tomoka is able to walk albeit with wobbly steps. After the incident her parents became very protective of her. As shinobis of the village they knew that Tomoka would be looked down on due to having a bijuu sealed inside of her. Himiko and Nagi would pamper her and spoil her. Any other kid would have been spoiled rotten by now.

On the other hand Tomoka had made a deal with Kurama. Thanks to that they trusted each other a lot now and it could even be said they were friends. Though Kurama would always deny it.

"Hey Kurama, I have a deal for you" A smug Tomoka stood in front of Kurama's seal.

[What do you want, brat. Even though I agreed to help you I never gave you permission to use my name]

"Come on Kurama, we will be stuck with each other until I die so it's best for us to get friendly with each other, don't you think?"

[As if I want to be friends with a human]

"Well I want to at least try 'cause I would rather not have a grumpy and unfriendly fox as my roommate for the rest of my life. There is nothing I can do about the grumpy part tho"

[How about you leave me alone, I won't listen to another word you say]

"Oh and here I was thinking about removing that seal for you buddy. It must be quite uncomfortable. Oh well, nothing to do here then, bye"

At those words Kurama's ears perked up. It was indeed very uncomfortable. Not to mention that without the seal he could break free whenever he wanted. He didn't know what Tomoka was planning but as long as she removed the seal it wouldn't matter.

[I am listening, what is your proposal?]

"Nothing much really. All I want is for you to promise not to escape and kill me and I will remove the seal, I promise"

[What makes you believe I won't break my word and escape right after?]

"It's simple, I have seen enough of you from my past life to know that you won't break a promise you make. You hate humans and would rather not do what they do, that is, backstabbing each other"

Kurama remained silent for a moment. He hated Tomoka's guts but she was right. As long as he gave his word he would not go back on it. At least not as long as the other party did the same.

[Fine I promise to not try to break out, kill you, or try and take control of your body]

"That's all I needed to hear" With a bright smile Tomoka moved forward to remove the seal. She was gambling with her life here. As soon as she removed the seal her life would be in Kurama's hands. However, she still decided to go through with it. If she managed to befriend Kurama then she would have a huge head start.

As her hand began pulling the seal paper a hand caught her wrist. to her left Minato appeared with a stern look.

"Tomoka-chan I don't know what Kyuubi told you but he is lying. As soon as you remove that seal he will try to escape and you will die" Tomoka was surprised for a moment until she recalled that this also happened in the original naruto story.

"Relax Minato-san, Kurama has given his word that he won't and he never goes back on his word" Tomoka smiled towards Minato. For a moment Minato was caught off guard as her bright red hair and smile reminded him of Kushina.

Taking advantage of his distraction Tomoka pulled off the seal. However, a problem remained. Even though the seal had been weakened due to her pulling it off. She didn't have the key to completely remove it.

"What are you doing Tomoka! If you release the Kyuubi you will die, Don't you understand!" Minato was in a panic as he saw Kyuubi standing up inside the cage. He prepared himself for combat. Even though right now he was just a construct made from his chakra that remained in the seal he believed he should be able to re-seal Kyuubi.

[Oi kid, you don't have the key right?]

"Hahaha, oops that part went over my head, sorry!"

[Doesn't matter, I should be able to finish breaking the seal though it will be very painful]

"Go ahead then I don't mind a little pain"

"Tomoka! Stop this fool's errand. You need to resist the Kyuubi!" Minato's panic was at an all time high. He might be able to re-seal Kyuubi with the chakra he had but that is only if Tomoka aids him in doing so.

Before Minato could think of a plan he saw Kyuubi slamming his body against the cage that represented the seal. As he did, cracks began appearing in the bars of Kyuubi's cell. In a panic Minato began his attempt at containing Kyuubi but Tomoka stood in front of him.

"Minato-san please stop, this is my decision. I trust Kurama to keep his words so I will have to stop you if you wish to interfere"

Minato could see the sheer determination in Tomoka's eyes. At this point there wasn't much he could do but watch and hope for a good outcome.

"I see. I hope you know what you are doing" Having said that, he relaxed his stance and instead looked towards Kyuubi, no, Kurama.

Soon enough Kurama's giant body slammed against the cage for the second time. The cracks spread further and for sure the cage would break with a third impact. At that moment Minato realized he could release the seal himself. However, it was too late now. Kurama's body slammed the cage for the third time, breaking the seal completely.

As soon as the cage broke Tomoka felt pain, a lot of it. If she had to describe the pain it was akin to breaking a few bones.

"No kidding, this is painful"

[Told you it would be]

"Are you alright Tomoka-chan"

"Yeah, it's just a little pain nothing much"

After that the three began talking. Tomoka told Minato about the bijus and how they weren't mindless beasts. Minato apologized to Kurama and Kurama did the same albeit reluctantly. A few moments later Minato's chakra ran out and so he disappeared from Tomoka's mindscape.

"That went well. Yo, Kurama, how does it feel to be free or kinda free I guess"

[Not bad actually. My body was getting stiff from not moving for so long]

"Glad to hear. Though this place still looks as gloomy and shity as always" As she commented she looked around. The place looked like a sewer.

[You will need to train your mind if you want to change your mindscape]

"Guess that's on the bucket list now… partner"

For the last year Tomoka has been training in secret like there was no tomorrow. The amount of pain she put her body through was inhuman. However, it could not compare to what she experienced in the chaos of time and space.

[You have my respect, kid. By now even veteran shinobi would have given up this crazy training]

'It's just a little pain Kurama, Nothing I can't handle'

[I don't think having your body melt from my chakra can be considered as just a little pain]

That's right, Tomoka had been taking Kurama's chakra daily. She would take in as much as she could which would cause her body to experience pain equivalent to bathing in acid while also drinking acid.

Thanks to this insane form of training at just one year old she is able to use one tenth of the chakra equivalent to Kurama's one-tailed beast cloak without receiving damage. Slowly but surely her body was adapting to Kurama's corrosive chakra. Kurama believed that if she continued at this rate she should be able to use all his chakra by the age of fifteen.

'You know Kurama. I have experienced worse. This much is nothing really'

[I don't even want to know what could be worse than this.]

The two would often banter about this and that since neither had others to talk to. For starters Kurama could only talk to Tomoka since he was kinda trapped inside her. Tomoka on the other hand had to pretend to be a one year old kid. Even though she could already talk fluently she could not go ahead and display her full repertoire of skills and knowledge.

'Hey Kurama, can you teach me a jutsu or two?'

[Tomoka, what makes you think I would know human jutsus? Why would I learn something like that?]

'Right… well nothing lost by asking'

Tomoka didn't expect Kurama to know any from the beginning but as she said there is nothing lost by asking. If she wanted to learn a jutsu she would need to ask her parents. However doing so would be extremely troublesome. For starters she would have to show them that her chakra was already unlocked. Even if she did, the chances of her parents accepting were pretty much none.

Instead Tomoka decided to experiment by herself. She would be properly trained by the age of four so no rush there. Today's experiment consisted of acceleration and release of chakra. The concept was simple. She would accelerate her chakra inside her body before releasing it through her hands or feet. The idea was simple. If she released it through her hands as she punches or kicks something the attack would be further strengthened by the release of the chakra.

[Kid I don't think that's a good idea]

'Why so?'

[If you lose control of the chakra or release it through the wrong tenketsu point you could damage your body]

'It will be fine, don't worry about it'

Tomoka disregarded Kurama's advice as she stood in front of a tree in a less crowded part of the park. First she began to speed up the flow of chakra in her body. Second she began compressing the chakra as well. A couple of seconds later there was a large clump of chakra moving at high speeds through Tomoka's body.

Keeping the entire process stable was already taxing her concentration but she wouldn't give up at this point. Using the last of her concentration Tomoka took a striking stance before thrusting her right fist forward. Just as her fist was about to connect with the tree she released the clump of accelerated chakra.

*Bam!*

The impact of the chakra was equivalent to a cannon. The tree's trunk exploded as the tree fell backwards. However, that wasn't all. Just as Kurama feared, some of the chakra was released from the wrong tenketsu points. Tomoka's arm suffered from multiple smaller explosions on her tenketsu points further from her skin. The outcome? Multiple chunks of flesh missing from her arm.

"Fuck that hurts! My fucking arm looks like swiss chees! It really fucking hurts!" Not being able to contain her voice due to the pain, Tomoka started screaming. It's already a miracle she didn't pass out from the pain or the sight.

[Stupid brat! I told you it was a bad idea!] Kurama was also panicking; he might not admit it but he had gotten attached to Tomoka.

Not wasting any time, Tomoka took off her shirt and used it as bandages for her arm. Thankfully she had an undershirt or she would have been topples otherwise. Not that it matters, a one year old girl's upper body looked no different from a boy's. After doing that she began sprinting towards the street. Thankfully she had explored the village before so she knew where the nearest hospital was at.

Now, you may be wondering why neither of her parents was supervising her. Simple, she snuck out. As of now she is supposed to be taking her mid day nap.

Thanks to the adrenalin Tomoka's pain subsided a little and a minute of running at full speed while using her chakra as well she got to the hospital. As soon as she went through the door she approached the nearest nurse and unbandaged her arm showing it to her.

A chorus of gasps could be heard around but not from the nurse or her colleagues. They acted quickly taking her to an emergency ward to conduct surgery.
