Asuka, after seeing her husband in a pool of blood, turned to flee. She finally noticed that the assailant wasn't who she thought. But just as she stepped out of the door, she received a cut on her back and collapsed.

"Sorry little kid, I wish you don't have an uncle that puts his nose in others' business in your next life," the person who dressed like a policeman said. She raised her katana and killed the baby too.

Earlier, Haechi had been told by the police chief that he would be going to Kyo Kai. He had actually told his brother over the telephone that he would be dropping by since Kyo Kai is exactly where his brother lives. He would have arrived a bit earlier, but he had tried getting some stuff since he knew his brother's wife had just given birth not long ago.

Walking into the compound, Haechi noticed that the whole environment seemed awfully quiet. "Did Hasumi actually go out with Asuka, even though I said I would be dropping by?" Haechi asked himself rhetorically as he moved towards the backyard. But immediately he caught sight of Asuka's lifeless body lying right at the doors.

"Asuka!!" Haechi screamed as he dropped the stuff he had gotten for them to rush over. After Haechi rushed over, he noticed that the cuts were actually deep and alarming. He stood up to check inside and see if the assailant was still there. He had always been the type to try to keep his emotions in check no matter what happened.

Haechi walked slowly towards the backside of the room. Just as he was getting close, he noticed someone dash out with a bang and turn to flee. Haechi chased after the person without any thoughts of traps. Currently, he was thinking of nothing more than to kill the person. Seeing Asuka and Hasumi's lifeless bodies had made him lose his reasoning, even though he was trying to control his thoughts.

"Save me!!" the girl that dashed out screamed as she continued fleeing. Haechi chased after her, but just as he was about to get closer, he saw the girl run behind a group of policemen who were walking in that direction. Among the policemen was Uzzai.

"Haechi," Uzzai called as Haechi came to a stop, seeing them. He blocked the girl with his body. "I will kill her, let me kill her," Haechi said casually.

Uzzai turned to look at the girl while continuing to shield her with his body. The other police officers had already surrounded Haechi at one point in time. "I was walking down the street when I heard a desperate cry for help coming from that building over there," the girl said as she pointed at where Hasumi lived. "I tried to check it out, but just as I pushed the door open, I saw this man standing over a lady with blood on his hands," the girl added, hiding her face behind Uzzai as if she were really afraid of Haechi.

Uzzai turned to look at Haechi, who seemed to be in a trance with heavy air all around him. "What do you say?" Uzzai asked.

"Sure, I will let you do that," Uzzai said as he moved aside, leaving the girl open for Haechi. Haechi immediately drew his katana and propelled his body so fast that he was about to cover the distance in seconds.

Bang!! Uzzai hit Haechi at the back of the head with the sword handle, causing Haechi, who was just about to pass him, to collapse.

"Take him, Officer Haechi is under arrest for murder. You all can see how he tried to take out the evidence, right?" Uzzai asked the other officers.

"Yes, sir," the officers answered as they lifted Haechi and carried him, with Uzzai and the girl following suit.

Inside the police station, Uzzai stood at the Chief's office. Haechi had been locked up with the information that he killed his only remaining family.

"He played right into the trap. He was totally acting like he had no reasoning," Uzzai said to the police chief, who was taking a puff from his pipe.

"It is good that he did. It would be totally bad if he didn't," the police chief, Hiroshi, said as he exhaled smoke.

"Why didn't you plan on killing him?" Uzzai asked.

"What do you think would happen if a policeman that rescues a girl from the Yasugo Gang dies two days after?" Chief Hiroshi asked.

"Oh, I see," Uzzai answered.

"We will keep him in prison and find a way to assassinate him there.
