SHOWDOWN

Grim and Jame hit each other right on the face, Grim wings get dull at its contact with Jame's face, Jame's floating claws slashed Grim on the front, making 3 lines on his face, his tail then strike at him, Grim's left-wing stopped his tail by slash it aside, Grim switched his right claw back to normal, he then opens his palm at Jame, 3 rings with extreme heat appeared in front of his hand, a dead ray shot out with large radius, the rain surrounding them got vaporized instantly as they get near the ray.

Jame eat the whole blast, and he got knocked back a little "Jeez...", AS symbol appeared to absorb the ray, Jame creates a ray gun, when Grim stopped using the atomic ray, he saw the symbol disappear with Jame behind, holding the ray gun one-handed "eat this!" he pulled the trigger, the weapon fired out the same atomic ray with more power. Grim quickly evade but not enough speed, his left leg got melted into liquid metal. his back grew out 2 missile launchers then launched at Jame. Jame pointed the gun at the missiles, they got blown up as soon they got hit by the ray.

"hahaha, try to dodge this" Jame laughed with a sadistic smile on his face, he pointed the ray gun at Grim while he was flying, evading, not trying to get hit, like a laser pointer, Jame kept moving it around, slashes the clouds.

Grim: "damn..." [eyes damaged / proceed to overwrite] "risk it!" he thinks in his head, before stopping flying then charging right at Jame, evading maneuver, the rocket racks behind him got vaporized, eyes sparking red, claws ready, he fired the heat rays from his eyes, destroyed the ray gun, it exploded, taking chance, Grim dived straight at Jame, he give him a power punch that create shockwave, blasting all the clouds and rain away. Jame got flung back, Grim then continue to stare him down with the heat ray.

Jame make his claws creating 2 slashed waves coming at Grim, his right hand pointing 100mm caliber sniper at him, aiming dot, locking on him, he fired the weapon. Grim use his wings to crash the slashes, but the bullet went through his wings and hit straight into his core, a crack as the bullet contact with his core. "ARGH" [warning: core 50%] Grim spit out core liquid, and his wings started to crack up and fall down the sky. Jame took this chance to fly up to him, he load in another shot and fired again.

Grim continue to use the speed, he speed up instantly, dodged the bullet then charged at Jame, many bullets sped up as he travel at a speed faster than light. Jame's defense protected him from all the attack as his eyes were looking at Grim when he travel with that speed, seeing this, Grim decided to attack straight at him, claws slashed Jame with infinite speed, the claws on acceleration damaged Jame, but not enough, he knows the only way to fully deal true damage to him was Absolute Speed, with that speed that can break the space, it can break the damage resistant. it was not enough, soon Grim has to stop accelerating, his body was hot, and the rain was not enough to cool him down, when he slowdown, he saw Jame about to give him a cut right on the neck using his claw, Grim quickly kicked him back, Jame claws slashed his wing, making it broke in half. Grim can only fire an explosive round at Jame before losing balance when flying.

Grim: "S**t!" he fired the atomic ray from his left hand to keep him floating in the air, he look at Jame, his right hand switched to a machine gun then fired at him. Jame also got his guns out, two machine guns, he smirked then fired back.

the two continue fighting in the sky, wreaking havoc throughout the clouds layer, planes and innocent people got killed, animals like birds was cooked. minutes passed, Grim struggled to find the right moment to use his ultimate power, overheating, he's saving the last charge to cool himself down. As they continue fighting, Grim saw a jet coming at him, a thought went through his mind, then when Jame was closing in, he slashes his face, holding his head, then slam at the Jet which is coming in. "oh S**T!!!!" Jame screamed up, a contact make the Jet crash into the two, Jame tried to use AS to stop it from that happen but Grim just fly straight into that. the jet was decimated, and people's corpses fall down, Grim then pointed the ray at Jame, blasting him afar, he unleashed a ton of rockets from his back at him. explosion making Jame flung back even more.

Grim's wings detached from his back, and two missiles from afar opened up, and it flies straight at Grim, from inside the missiles, a pair of wings, it opens up then creating hollow blades on two sides, the wings got attached right to his back. the wings then created a slashing wave straight at Jame, he blocked them but from the new wings, Grim got out a ray gun, and he blasted at Jame, the shot flew with light speed, it making Jame get more back away, then finished off with the missile attached onto Jame's chest, it pushing him more back.

Jame held on to the rocket, he takes it out from his chest and then crushed it. when he was flying back aimlessly, he saw there's a jet was coming, "OH CRAB" panicked, he afraid to mess up again, he tried to slow down but can't, hopeless for the people inside, he close his eyes and hold on to his hat, prepare for the contact.

"JAME!!!"

the jet open the seal lock, the door open up, the jet get on the side, and Jame got straight into the jet and landed on the other side of the jet. when he opened his eyes, he saw familiar faces.

Clare: "JAME you good?"

Jame: "Clare?! guys?!"

seeing all his friends, he was quite surprised but also worries

Jame: "how the heck did ya come here soo fast?"

Nathan: "we steal a car hehe"

Jame: "you guys shouldn't be here, it's too dangerous, you guys can be killed, Kirie! take them away from here!"

Clare: "dude calm down, we are here to assist you"

Jame: "No, get out of here now!"

while they were talking, Grim is coming, with a new pair of wings, which allowed him to be more faster than ever, soon he caught up to Jame. looking through the open jet door, he saw Grim closing in. Open the opposite door, Jame stands up and gets his machine gun to shoot.

Grim dived through the Door, Grab Jame on the neck, then flew through the other door with the witness from Jame's friends.

Clare: "JAME!!"

back to Grim and Jame, they both flying through the sky, Jame turns his hand into a laser blade, then stabs right on Grim's stomach, he drags the blade up, and it cut through Grim's body, then Grim releases him, his wings create a strong shockwave, then many spikes formed from behind the wings, they all strike at Jame with intense barrage. Grim take this opportunity to dive at Jame once more, a core lock taken out from the wings and landed on his hand. Grim eyes sparked furiously, the other hand switched to the rocket launcher, he continue to shoot at Jame, waiting for the perfect chance.

Jame after knowing he only targeting him, let out a smile, with the AS symbol appearing out to stop all the spikes and rockets, he disintegrated them into cubes and then reconstruct them into missiles then charged back at Grim.

"it's time... finish the job..."

[Absolute speed ready] [cooldown: engaged]

Grim begins to cool down, the temperature on his body and core dropped down fast, cold air makes the rain around him freeze instantly, and cold smoke blows out from his body.

Jame knows he is about to accelerate again, confident, his defense will make that useless. he continues to firing attack upon attack at Grim, "COME ON!!"

Grim for a short moment, he closes his eyes, thinking about the directive he has been given out, for an AI like him, he remembers the loyalty he has for the director, for the purpose he has been made... "it was all lie....". open his eyes again, [engaged] lightning sparking from the body, hand blades switched out, looking on the target in front, holding the core lock firmly then...

Grim: "ABSOLUTE SPEED ON!!!"

the space around him begins to be distorted, wings, arms, body, getting red hot, time begins to stop instantly, flying in front, as the core moves, the space shatters, accelerated instantly.

Grim moved to Jame, he Jammed the core lock on his body, as he thought, his resistance is useless against this speed, the core lock get right into Jame's core, and Grim switched his claws out, he let out an agonizing scream before destroying Jame down.

like a second passed, Jame still firing missiles at the position where he still looking at Grim, then the afterimage was finally gone, the space around that recovered back to normal. "ah shet" When he looked at his chest, he saw the lock symbol on his chest, shocked when he saw his core once again being suppressed. from behind him, Grim with the claw then strikes at Jame, once the attack hit, Jame's body then vaporized with only the core remaining. Grim caught Jame's core before it falls down, his whole body is molten hot, his wings melting slowly, burning, and low on energy. Grim stared at the core, and finally, his mission was completed.

Grim: "finally.... i-" before he finished his sentence, he got hit by a missile, and drop the Core.

Kirie: "JAAAAMMMMEEEE!!!!!"

she caught the core mid-air, then get back inside the jet and fly away

Kirie: "got it"

Clare: "Nathan!"

Nathan steers the jet with the help of Rose, the jet rotates around, forward Grim, then firing its weapons at him.

Grim: "ARGGHHHHH" he uses his wings to stop the bullet, then unleashes an atomic ray at it.

Nathan: "oh s**t!" the jet evaded the ray, the ray then stop firing, Grim's hand melted due to the extreme heat. gritted his teeth, he chase the jet from behind, trying to shoot it down.

Kirie holds Jame in his hand and doesn't know what to do since she doesn't Absolute solver. Clare panicking figuring out how to fix this, she can't use AS no more.

Nathan: "AHH, he still shooting help!"

Kirie opens the cargo door, holding a chain gun to fire back at Grim. his firepower surpasses the weapon from the jet, and soon the jet will break down.

Clare holds Jame on her arm, she doesn't know what to do besides keeping him next to her.

a rocket hit the jet, making it shaken violently. a box from the cargo broke down, and from the side, a device roll up to her hand with the line "unlocker". someone or something was trying to change the fate of everyone. Clare picked up the device, hoping it was the thing that will do the thing. she places the device on Jame's core, the device grabs op it, then creates a symbol with 4 arrows, it spinning around left and right before detaching itself from the core. then a black cube from the core with the lock symbol on it formed and fall on the floor.

Kirie got shot in the stomach and chest, making her can't continue to fight, seeing this, Grim begin catching up to the jet, he grab on the cargo door, ready to get on and slaughter them all. Kirie try to fire her guns but got shot and flung into the passenger compartment, Grim hop on the jet, his claws switched out and slowly made his way in the jet, with the current temperature of him, the boxes and flammable stuff got burned as he gets close.

Clare is panicking, she holds Jame in her hands screaming "JAAAMMMEEE!!!"

Grim: "NOW YOU ALL DIE!!" he charged up, swinging his blades.

just at that, the cube, the core, Jame, two floating claws appeared and then stop Grim's arms, the core then flung itself at Grim, pushing him, then it created a blast at the front and back, knocking it and Grim outside the jet again. everyone on the Jet was surprised, but they all get happy fast because they know Jame going to kick Grim a**.

Grim: "GODDAMMIT" he takes the core out from his chest, then fires a barrage of bullets at it. the AS symbol showed out like a shield, from the core, it flow out black liquid then regenerated Jame back with high speed, with a smile on his face, Jame laughed then his left arm turns into a spike, and the claws became his wings, then Jame dived fast at Grim.

Grim: [overheated, cannot accelerate] "NOO"

Jame: "SAY GOODNIGHT"

the spike stabbed straight through Grim's chest, and Jame's wings blasted down like a jet, bringing himself with Grim down the cloud level, he see the ground coming close, Grim tried to get the spike out, but Jame keep pushing it into his body, "let me go!!!" Grim said, Jame only smile dangerously, and he say the final thing to Grim: "The show is ended, time to die!" before they hit the ground with a strong explosion, the grass, and dirt flew everywhere, leaving behind a big hole with two core.

Jame stands up, his arm returns to normal, and the smoke from the dirt slowly goes away, with a smile on his face, Jame looks down. Grim's core got broken in half, and so is his body. Grim looks at Jame with his dying machine eyes, he let out a sigh, his arms got destroyed, and he can't do anything besides let go.

Grim with a glitching voice: " i don't understand..."

Jame: "hump?"

Grim: "The director... why you are the one they after... why he don't let me go first..."

Jame: "sorry buddy, but I'm going to kill him"

Grim: "..." [you did well / all data collected / goodbye: VC-01-G] "good luck..."

Grim eyes went black like a shut-down computer, but they still staring at Jame with those seemingly worried eyes. Jame got confused about why he said good luck, but he doesn't care much.

Jame: "I'll make good use of that" Jame use his AS power to bring Grim's dead body up, then disintegrate into a cube and he assimilate him.

[new system detected: Absolute speed / acceleration]

"Jame!" it's Clare's voice, the jet is here with Jame's friends, " hop in, we need to get out of this area before the authority comes," Nathan said. Jame with a confident look, flies into the jet and they all blasted away from the mess

Kirie hugged Jame as soon he got in, she seems worried when Jame was gone "never leave me again" she said. Jame smiled at her and then gave her a kiss on her forehead.

Rose: "aww let me have one too!"

Kirie: "no, he's mine"

Rose: "no!"

Rose jump at Kirie and they both beat each other like two cats. Jame and Clare laughed up, "hahaha".

Jame: "alright you two"

Clare: "Nathan, nice plane-driving skill"

Nathan: "haha, i have memorized all the moves. let's go for the director boys!"

they all get a "WOOO", the jet flies to the sky, ready for the final mission.
