1. FIRST DAY OF JOB

He wakes up as the alarm was ringing. When he see the time, he was pretty shocked as it was 8 at the morning. He hurriedly rushed to the bathroom, gets a bath, change his clothes and wear a proper dress to go for an interview. He rushed outside the house without having breakfast or cleaning the room. On his way to bus stop, he got some freshly baked buns, filled with beef and cheese from a local street vendor. Then he go the bus stop and wait for the bus to come, and as the bus came, he rushed inside without caring about the others and sit on the front seat while eating those buns hastily.

When the bus stops at its last stop, he was the only one to come out. Then, he walked a distance to reach an impressive building consisting 18 or more floors. He went inside the building and get in the lift to go on 15th floor but as the doors were going to be closed, a hand stops the door and a beautiful girl come inside the lift. As soon as he saw her, he felt his heart sprinted. But somehow he manages to come out of that state. After few seconds passed, the atmosphere become rough. In this situation, the girl show some confidence and say

" Hi! My name is Fumiko Yamamoto. What about you?" 

" Oh m-me? Hi! My name is Matsumoto Hiroshi . Nice to meet you. "

" Nice to meet you too, Hiroshi. Are you also here for the interview."

" Yeah, I came here for the interview as it was my dream to be the editor of my favorite author. What about you?"

" I am Mr. Watanabe's assistant and I'll be taking the interviews, so Ganbatte (*good luck in Japanese)."

The sweet conversation between them ended there and both of them went to their assigned way. Hiroshi meets the manager as soon as he came out of the lift and she took him to the corridor where other people like him were also siting and waiting for their turn. He also sits there and waits, meanwhile, when he started getting bored so he roamed his eyes around the place and found a suspicious room which was under high surveillance. He thought that this must the Author's office so he ignore it. After 3 hours of calm waiting, he go inside for the interview of his dream job.

" Here we meet again. So, give your introduction as we would like to know you."

" Oh! So, my name is Matsumoto Hiroshi. I am 24 years old and lives independently. My hobbies are to read books, play basketball, and cooking too. My academics are completed two years ago. Except me in my family, I've a little brother, who study in 7th grade and my parents are not alive."

" I am sorry for your loss. Well, why you prefer this job over many other jobs?'

" I prefer this job because of two reasons. One is that, this is my dream to be the editor of my favorite author, Mr. Arata Watanabe, and second one is support myself and my brother."

" Okay, so Mr. Matsumoto, if you have any query regarding this interview, you may ask."

" May you please let me know that what are your requirements for this post?"

" We want to hire a person who have vast knowledge about vocabulary and language and have keen interest in books. Thanks for precious time, Mr. Matsumoto. We will inform you once the results are out."

" Thanks, Miss. Yamamoto."

He came out of the building with satisfactory expressions, visible on his face. On his way back home, he stops by to meets his friend, Daiki Sato. His friend used to run a small restaurant with his mother. He and his brother, Kenji Matsumoto, usually eat their dinner with them. When he entered inside, he found his brother doing his homework, there he realized that in the happiness of interview he totally forget to pick up his brother from school, but his friend picks him up. After all the customer left the restaurant, they all gathered on a table to dine in. 

" Hiroshi, How did your interview went? Did you passed it?"

" I think so, aunt. I've frim believe that I'll pass the interview. "

" That would be good. When you receive your first salary then don't forget to give us a treat."

" Yeah yeah, I know and how can I forget you guys. In the end, aunt and you were the only one who came to our support when our own relatives leaves us."

" Okay, now stop remembering bitter moments of  you life. Just forget what had happened and move forward on your life."

" You are right, aunt. Well leave it, tell me you how was your day, Kenji?"

He remained silent and did not answer any of the questions he was asked. It was clear that there something that preoccupied his thoughts. Being worried, his brother taped on his shoulder on which he was shocked and unknown to the atmosphere.

" Were you guys talking to me? I am sorry actually I was preoccupied in my thoughts."

" What happened, Kenji. Did someone bully you or did you got bad marks."

" No, nothing happened, it is just I got a presentation on pollution and I don't know what to do or how to prepare for it."

" Why are you worrying? We are here for you help. Me and Daiki will help you. "

" Really? Thanks, I was really tensed due to this."

After the dinner, both the brothers went back to their home. When they both were in deep sleep, a creepy voice started coming from the kitchen. Hiroshi wake up and went to check but there was no one so he came back and sleep. Two days later, Hiroshi got the confirmation of his job and was asked to join from tomorrow so next morning, they both woke up early. Hiroshi makes the breakfast for both of them and after that, he dropped his brother to school as a apology because yesterday he went by himself. After dropping him, he rushed to his office because you don't want to be late of his very first day of work. As soon as he entered, he found Fumiko who lead him to the office of author but to his surprise, it wasn't the room he observed few days ago. He want to ask about it but due to the fear of losing the job or ruining the mood of author, he skipped it. 

" Since you are here, there are some rule to work with me. First tell me if you are okay with that or not."

" Yes, I am totally okay with that."

" Hmm, Rule 1: You will do whatever I say, No IF and BUT and no arguments. Rule 2: You will not interfere in any of my matters and last rule, Rule 3: Don't dare to say NO to me, I don't adore people who deny me, and if you do so then, there are many people out there to do your job. Keep all these things in your mind before talking to me. "
