Orion and Alistar are now engaged in their own fight. After she had beaten Erinn in front of half the castle, Alistar couldn't let her beat him infront of everyone, especially after all the shit he just talked. Back and forth they go her throwing blows and him dodging them, she was getting frustrated and he saw. He saw his opening and lunged. Orion was losing her focus and she knew she had to check back in. Why was she so determined to beat Alistar now? She never cared this much before. Was it because of HIM? He was here. Watching her intensely, eyes dripping over every part of her body. The heat in her was rising and she was distracted Alistar saw his chance and took it. Using his misty step when she threw this next blow to come from her blind side and grabs her with his biding spell. Trapped by what felt like rings closing in her body. Anger flushed her face turning her pink. She could feel her losing her grip on her emotions. "Cool down" she whispered to herself. Breathe. Think critically. She closed her eyes and took in deep breaths. Focus. Focus. Finally getting a grip on herself, she channeled it. Her force. Opening her eyes they glowed purple again. Calling forth the shadows, she commanded them, they were hers to command she reminded herself. She would show Alistar just because she isn't as smart as him doesn't mean she wasn't as good as him. Orion had always wanted Alistar's approval when it came to magic. He was the best magic user in their family. Better than their mother even. It was never about beating him when they trained, it was always about earning his respect as an opponent. But this time was different. Orion focused her power on the shadows drawing them to her.
Everyone's eyes widened as they watched her whole being glow purple, calling the shadows to her. She starts to levitate and then furrowing her brows she smirks. The smile dropping from Alistars face as the shadows are sent at him. Flowing across the ground grabbing his legs. Losing concentration Orion breaks the binding spell dropping the shadows climbing up her brother, she leaps toward him, landing her hands on his shoulder and her feet in the air behind her, she knocks Alistar to the ground and then unsheaths her dagger and puts it to his throat.
