Chapter 84 - Proposal [1]
Hearing his words, I glanced briefly at Ruby. As soon as she noticed my look, she tilted her head with a confused expression. While I could relate to what Erman was saying, I couldn't accept his offer on my own. With that thought in mind, I turned back to Erman.
"I have other friends like me; you could consider them my team" I said, looking at Erman.
Upon hearing my words, he simply nodded, and soon his voice resonated.
"No problem. You can form the team with whoever you want. It'll be a privilege, as you'll be the first team I form" Erman said, with a positive tone.
After that, our conversation ended on a friendly note. I planned to tell my friends when I had the chance, and once I received their responses, I would communicate the decision to Erman. In any case, Erman and his men left, leaving only Ruby and me alone again in our small apartment.
