We continued following the stream, which guided us up the mountain. There was no reason to choose another path, as the stream also led us to the top and, in addition, served as a reliable source of water, always by our side.

Of course, it would be impossible to climb everything in a single day. Henry and Eleanor were ordinary humans, and the ascent was relatively steep, so we needed to stop from time to time for both of them to rest. Eleanor seemed distressed about holding us back, but I simply told her it didn't matter much.
