However, before Amon could even finish his statement, Avilyn's wings appeared on her back once more. She then flew elegantly from the ground, some specks of glitters falling on them as she looked at her daughter one last time.
"Meet me a week from now—in the human city. You will know once you see me," she said, finally introducing herself to Amon so he could further trust her. "My name's Avilyn."
"Avilyn?" Amon mumbled her name, furrowing his brows as he still carried Lilith in his arms.
"Yes, Avilyn," she said her name once more, the woman cocking her head slightly to the side as she asked him his name. "And you are?"
The Grim Reaper didn't answer for a while. Somehow even though he was convinced that she's Lilith's mother, there is still doubt in his heart.
