Chapter 39: Can you help her?

"You lived… for me?" Ivy asked surprised and he smirked.

"Better believe it." He said. Ivy felt drowsy all of a sudden. "Are you okay?" He asked.

"I… I don't feel so good." She held her head. Everything was spinning and before he knew it, she fainted. Good thing Damian caught her.

"Ivy, you're burning up." He looked up, there was nothing and no one in sight. "I have to find someone to help her." He carried her in his arms and started searching for help.

He came across a small village on the island. There, he found an old lady who specialised in herbs and all kinds of illnesses.

"It's a minor fever, no need to worry." The lady assured and he sighed with relief. "But there's one more thing." She added, drawing his attention. "...she has amnesia." She announced.

"I know but it's strange. She can't remember anything at all even when she sees the things of her past. It's like a spell cast on her to forget completely." He sorted it out.
