The drive to the airport is a blur in my mind. I can only faintly hear Bethany and Griffin talking in the front seats as I sit in the back alone with my thoughts. It’s better this way. I can’t let anyone know how much this affects me. It’s my fault. Much like Bethany getting kidnapped, it’s my fault for not listening.
