Seizing the Bunker

Madison was crying profusely as she was held against her will by the strangers who had ransacked the governor's mansion. A bold move, but she was far too naïve, and frankly devoid of thought, enough so that she could not possibly understand the ramifications of what this actually meant.

But Zane did not tolerate her tears and quickly held his knife to her throat again, threatening her with violence as she demanded she cease her wailing, and instead give him information about the bunker's defenses.

"What did I say about making noise? Calm yourself or I will gut you like a fish!"

Once the girl silenced herself and nodded in compliance, only then did Zane thoroughly begin his interrogation.

"Tell me, what are the bunker's defenses? What security measures has the governor taken to protect himself and the others inside?"
