[Clara? You don't want to be a hero?]

"I don't, I just want to go home." She smiled, pushing her hair back, "Being a hero isn't for me. Why would I want to help people? I'm not that kind."

[Oh...So you're saying that you aren't fit to be a hero.]

"Yeah, I wouldn't be a good hero." She chuckled and crossed her arms, "I think I'm more of a villain and I wo-"

[Then be a villain.]

"-uldn't even be a...What...I don't want to be a villain." She squinted her eyes as she stared at the hooded figure, the side of her lips lifting in a disgusted manner.

[But you said you are more like a villain, so be a villain.]

"Ok just because I say I'm more like a villain doesn't mean I want to be a villain."

[No, choose. Either be a villain or be a hero.]

"I don't think I will, I just want to go home." She scoffed, "I'm going, to be honest, I have a great life right now, what makes you think I'm gonna throw it away?"

[No. You'll choose.]

"No I won't," She shook her head, "I don't care if you're god, I don't care if you can grant my every wish, all I care about is getting back to my family."

[Ok then, I will allow you to go back to your family.]

"Oh, how nice of you."

[But, your world will become a Celestial-infested place.]

She blinked. Her head shook as her brows furrowed.

"You're not making any sense! I have to be a hero, which, let's be honest it's not that great, or fuck over my own world." She pointed to her head, "Ima be honest, having the world on your shoulders is hard."

[Look, here's the thing though, you're making this hard on yourself. You become the hero of everyone in another world, or you become the villain of your world.]

"Uh, uh, uh, no."

[You will choose or I'll choose for you.]

"No. What you're saying is that I have to be a villain or be a hero. Like I don't want to be either. I don't want to hurt people, but god I don't want to save them either."

[You're one of the most irritating humans I've ever met.]

"Cuz none of them think! Listen, I personally, don't want that responsibility. Look, people don't do well under such pressure, and knowing that I'm the only person who can save the world, is pressuring." Her face became worried as she motioned with her hands, "You could get another person to be a hero, there are so many people out there who would jump at the idea of saving everyone. Believe me, there are a lot of people with savior complexes."

[Clara I choose you because you're special.]

"Not the first time I've heard that."

[And I could also see you're special in the head too.]

"Also, not the first time I've heard that."

[You are the only one who can save that world. The only one who can even make a dent in that world. So, please. Help me.]

"..." Clara clicked her tongue, roughing up her head and staring at the god, "Let me get this straight, out of of the 8 billion people on earth, let's not account the other worlds, you're telling me I am the only one who can help?"

[I can't-]

"Wait a moment, why can't you do that?" She held her chin, "I mean you're a god and all."

[I cannot interfere with the world.]

"Oh, but you can summon me in this endless void. Yeah, I believe you." She scoffed, "Tell me the truth, why would you want an outsider to help you?"

[...]

"...Is it because you're not really a god?"

[...!]

"Oh, did I strike a nerve?"

"Little Miss Alien here really decided I would fall for that shit."

[How did you...?]

"What do you want kid?" Her smile faltered as she began moving towards the being, "I mean, if you were gonna hide it, you gotta hide it well."

[Are you...?]

"That's right. I'm one of them."

The being stepped back, its voice shivering.

[NO...No...NOO! NO! NO!!!]

The being screamed as it tried to run, its robe being caught by Clara's hands and it was pulled back to her. The being under the cape ran for it. The swirl of colors and lights mashed around into the far abyss.

But Clara just stood there watching. Watching the little copycat run for dear life.

"Don't think that running away could get you anywhere. How about you face your fear?" She smiled. Her orange eyes gleamed with light as the colors appeared in front of her.

"Tell me, kid, what are you here for?" She tapped the surface of the color, and it began shivering. Clear chains warping around it as it struggled to move.

[I can't move...?]

"Kid, are you trying to harvest souls?" She smiled, the eyes staring deep into the mess of colors, "Or, are you trying to form a contract?"

[NO...! I wouldn't dare!]

She tilted her head, moving her body forward.

"Do you know my name, kid?"

[No...?]

"Think...I mean, you're a 'god' aren't you?" She smiled again, her orange eyes gleamed with stars as they stared into the colors.

[No way...You're her?]

It seemed to shiver with fear, and its colors turned a bright red hue as Clara approached.

"Oh, so you do know? Well, I guess the fun is over." She smiled, her form morphing into a tall lanky figure in a black robe, just like how the one the colors were intimidating. However, on her back, a pair of wings, on them were bludges that moved in rapid motions, up and down, like blinking eyes. Her head began mupliple, but they were all veiled by the black robe.

Her voice had become a mesh of voices, screaming, calling, yet all one voice.

[You...]

"You know kid, I liked you. You seem to be a fan of mine, but a job is a job." She sighed and moved her pale hands toward the colors, "And you messed with that world a bit too much."

[Wait...Please...Please...]

She stopped, her eyes gazing at the being.

[I wanted to meet you...Because I like you!]

Clara's hidden face looked at the being, puzzled.

"What...? You like me?" The voices seemed to be puzzled too, they chattered and talked. All massed together but still a semblance of chatter.

"Another one."

"Someone who knows?"

"How?"

"Does they too?"

"Feel?"

"One does not feel."

"But can one."

"Can us."

"Can we?"

"You...Are you...? What are you...?" Clara tilted her heads, dropping her arms as she knelt towards the colors, "You're lying, aren't you? You're trying to stall."

[You should know if I'm telling the truth or not.]

The colors muttered, its voice hazy as the hue of its body beamed red.

"You-" Clara watched the being struggle to sit still. Her eyes twitched and the bulges under her cloke stopped moving, "..."

[...]

"You're...You're not lying..." She muttered, moving her body in a surprised manner, "but there's no way..."

[I really do! I don't really know why...I wanted to be friends with you!]

"Freinds...That's what humans do..." She muttered, the voices becoming loud.

"Freinds!"

"No, work."

"New?"

"Fun."

"Can we trust?"

"Do we need?"

"Have."

"Yes, we need."

"How much?"

"Quiet," Clara yelled, her voice overpowering the others as she rubbed her chin, "You, what's your name?"

[Ah...? A name? I don't have a name...Only...Humans do that...]

"Oh...Well...Make one up, that's what I did with mine." She said, ripping the chains from the colors.

[I am not good with human knowledge. How about you name me?]

"Me? I'm not good with names."

[But you always come up with the coolest of names!]

"Hah, that's because I stole them from the humans."

[You stole them?]

"Yeah, and how about we steal yours?"

[How could you steal names!?]

"Well no, I didn't absorb the names, I created new names by mashing together human letterings. It's kinda fun. Although I did steal my name because that's what humans do."

[Well...If you say so...Then, what's my name...?]

"Well, I haven't thought about it..." As Clara spoke, the bludges on her wings began to flitter and she stood up. Her head twisted to the side as she flipped the chains around her hands and they disappear, "One of the other ones is coming! Quick...Uh...Hide in my clothes!"

[Wait...No I can't touch your holy body!]

"Kid, it's the only thing that will cover your presents, do you want to die or do you want to live!?"

[...So, you're taking me with you?]

"Yes, now hurry!" She shoved the colors under her body. The massless colors slithered across her skin and laid on her stomach, "Stay still!"

She coughed and turned towards the incoming figures, their holy bodies coming into view.

The ones who appeared before her were of lower class and bowed to her as they approved. The ones were a mass of flesh, eyes covering their flesh, and wings dawning their backs.

[------ ---- --- --- -----?]

They asked, but their voices were distorted and mixed into nothing.

"I'm dealing with a couple of loose ends, seems like a mistake though..." She said, her humanoid figure looming over them, "I don't believe ya'll should be here."

The ones shook and they began speaking rapidly.

[----- ---- --- -- ----!]

[---- --- -- ----- -------!]

[--?]

"I don't care what you're doing. I only wanted to finish my job, get out of here, and be done with whatever you're doing."

[--- ----- ---!]

They scattered, leaving Clara and the colors alone.

"..."

[...]

[What were they saying...?]

The colors finally asked.

"They wanted to train I guess. They really look up to me huh?" She looked down, patting the colors, "Do you want to go to my realm?"

[Y-you're realm? Really??]

The colors moved under the clothes and Clara chuckled, the voices chattering too.

"Cute..."

"Yes..."

"Keep?"

"I want."

"Let's keep."

"Never go."

"So..."

"Home?"

"Go?"

"Oh shut up..." Clara chuckled, the colors under the cloth becoming a bright red, "Why are you red?"

[Ah...I-I don't know!]

The colors moved around behind her. The wings shifted as the colors pressed against them.

"Alright, let's go." She said, turning her heads toward the colors, "Are you ready?"

[Ah...I never thought I would be able to get close to you like this...]

The colors muttered. A warm sensation on Clara's back moved to her neck, and she smiled.

"Well, aren't you a cute one..." She laughed, "Well, hold on tight, I don't want to lose you halfway."

[Alright...By the way, what do I call you?]

"Well, the same thing you call me when we first met."

[Clara? That's your name?]

"What, you don't like it?"

[No I like it...I never thought you would take on a human name though...]

"Well, they're interesting beings..."

[...]

[Intresting beings indeed...]

I liked it...Kinda...I was gonna go another route in the first half. I believe in Scrapped 4.0 you'll see it, the villain route.
