80 Chapter 80 Titan Rampage
POV 3rd person
Location: Galway, Ireland
"It's right behind us!"
"Somebody please help us!"
"its-Ahhh!"
*ROOOAAR*
The city was in ruin as the giant lizard continued its rampage destroying buildings and chasing away any resistance to it making its home here, then it stopped and looked towards the ocean. Most people kept running and screaming, but those that hid in buildings or alleyways and the very few of them keen enough recorded the creature's sudden halt in its rampage.
"What's it doing?"
"Why did it stop?"
"Shut your mouth before-"
*GRRRR*
The deep growl caused all those hidden to lock their bodies in place and shut their mouths tight as the creature backed away keeping its eyes on the harbor, those that noticed followed its line of sight to a shape in the water that brought fear to some but others saw possible hope as Zilla came towards the city and the monster.
The city with burning and ruined buildings was deathly quiet as Zilla strode forward towards the monster and it was obvious why he was easily 3 if not 4 heads taller than the monster he now faced.
*Whimper* *Whimper*
Slowly without looking away the monster bowed its head touching the ground and after a moment that felt like hours to those watching, Zilla stared down the creature at its feet releasing a low growl that shook the air, and not a moment later the creature ran away. Leaving all those who witnessed this strange series of events flabbergasted, as the monster that had been terrorizing their city was now running away in what could only be fear.
Zilla didn't even wait for the retreating monster to fully leave the city limits as he made his way back to the ocean.
POV: Nightfury
[Mission: Dawn of the Titans]
•Titans are waking up to a new world and wish to explore and claim new territory for themselves.

The blue message appeared and disappeared as soon as I read the update I didn't slow down as I caught sight of the city in the distance and stopped midair almost causing Artenyx to fly off my back but she holds on as I transform from [Valstrax] to [Enderman] grabbing Artenyx mid-air before teleporting us onto on of the skyscrapers in the city.
*BZZZZZZZZZZ-*
I had to cover my ears as soon as we appeared but it didn't do anything to the loud buzzing sound that reverberated across the city, Artenyx was on the ground covering her ears, I quickly Teleported us farther away buzzing still heard but not ear bursting.
"Artenyx remember you go help people get out and take the injured away I'll handle whatever causing the noise got it?" she nodded and I gave her a quick hug before we both set off using [XLR8] I traveled through the city following the sound until I find what was causing the noise.

Yep just as ugly as it was in the show Megapede was one of Zilla jr's tougher fights and I can see why it's built like a tank with wings.
"If it was still a larva I could easily take it down with storm dragon," I extend my duel disk "Well lightning won't work let's kill it with fire!" I draw my cards and smile at my hand.
POV Artenyx
I glided through the city on my wings looking out for people who needed help or had fallen unconscious because of the annoying sound of the titan, as I landed to heal another group of unconscious people when I felt the wind pick up around me looking up I saw a black jet hover over me than a group of uniformed teens jump down.
"Who are you?" they seemed familiar I think papa told me about them Z-kids or B-Teens.
???: "I'm Cyclops and were the X-Men" oh so that was what it was "And we're here to help what's the situation." Cyclops wore a blue full-body suit with a red visor and, had a lot of belts wonder why.
"Pa- I mean Nightfury is taking care of the Titan and im healing and getting people away from the fighting," Cyclops noded and after a moment of silence the group noded and ran in different directions with the jet taking off to the center of the city.
???: "We'll help you get the civilians to safety im Marvel girl" she wore a plain green dress with a yellow mask and had pretty red hair.
"Lightfury," I said but looked at her in confusion im sure I'd never met her before but for some reason, she smells familiar I shack my head and continue to search.
POV Nightfury
"The flames of the king now form a shape here Witness the power of the rumbling heavens Synchro Summon Hot Red Dragon Archfiend!" finishing the summoning chant the black and red dragon appears behind me letting out a roar of challenge getting Megapedes attention.

Hot Red Dragon Archfiend was about 2/3 the height of Megapede but that didn't stop it from charging forward, the beating of its wings sending hot air in all directions as it charged forward tackling Megapede off the building it was on and into the ground stopping the [Sonic screech].
I was about to follow when I saw the X-Jet fly towards the fighting launching two missiles at Megapede, but that did nothing to it as Hot Red Dragon Archfiend got thrown through a building by the monster. I switched to [Heatblast] launching myself into the air I came down in an arc gathering energy and came down on Megapede with a fireball the size of a school bus.
Megapede screeched in pain as it was set on fire and I didn't let up as I lifted both my hands and unleashed a continuous torrent of fire over the insect, and my monster did the same thing unleashing black and gold fire on the thing while holding it down do it couldn't get away.
*Boom* *Boom* *Boom* *Boom* *Boom*
Suddenly Hot Red Dragon Archfiend reared back in pain as explosions hit its body this distraction allowed Megapede the moment it needed to bat the dragon away and for it to take off I was about to follow-.
*Boom* *Boom* *Boom* *Boom* *Boom*
The explosions sent me flying back and Megapede screeched in pain before flying off I made to give chase when I felt the earth rumble and I turned to see coming down the road where some of Ross's hulkbuster's smoke still coming from the barrels.
I decided not to destroy the machines and focuses on the bigger problem as I switched back to [Valstrax] and go after Megapede, I extended my metal wings and entered the air I saw the X-Jet take off past me and go after Megapede following behind them was a gaggle of Ross's hulk buster helicopters following behind.
'Ok need to knock the thing out of the air while trying not to destroy most of Chicago' the problem was I didn't have a strong enough flyer to do that or something big enough that that could catch it, sure I could probably buy something with the number of points I had but it would be a level 1 vs a level 40.

'No im saving that for an end-of-the-world situation, not a one rampaging insect I felt the air around me increase in temperature and I looked to see Hot Red Dragon Archfiend by my side but damaged as it bleed from multiple spots on its body.
Well if one could do so much why not another? I extended my duel disk and drew a card and began to come up with a plan.
POV Lorna Dane A.K.A Polaris
"Why did they attack Nightfury had that bug's number," I asked if they hadn't fired their weapons they wouldn't be trying to keep the big from finding a new place to set down and make that awful noise.
Wolverine: "Ross ain't the type of guy to let others take the glory no matter the casualties," he said with a growl and I wondered what the history was there.
Rogue: "Our weapons are doing nothing to this thing how are we supposed to stop it from landing and distributing all frequency"
Wolverine: "Hank take the controls" wolverine unstrapped himself from his seat and made his way to the back of the jet.
Beast: "And where are you going?" Wolverine simply popped his claws.
Wolverine: "Just put us above the big and ill handle the rest" the hatch shut behind him and I looked out the window as Dr. McCoy did as asked and out of the side of the moving jet I watched as Wolverine jumped onto the Titans back.
POV Lightfury
"Did a guy just jump from a jet onto the Titan's back?" I asked Marvel girl as we watched said event happen.
M.Girl: "what is he-?"
*SKREEEEEEEEEEEEEE*
A roar of agony escaped the Titans mouth as it began to fly erratically, as I watched I felt a tug on my arm looking around I saw Marvel girl pulling me back as a group of wired-looking tanks with leg wheels came down the street we had just cleared of unconscious civilians.
*Whoosh* *Whoosh*
Then two large shapes flew over us all one far bigger than the other and as they passed the temperature quickly increased and everyone around had to stop and catch their breath from the sudden increase in temperature making the air dry and hard to breathe in.
Nightcrawler: "What. .*cough*. .was that. .*cough*. . .and this heat?"
Cyclops: "Couldn't get. .*cough*. .a good look," I saw tears come out from under his visor and he dropped to a knee.
"Don't worry Nightfury's brought out a big monster and is about to end this so let's focus on helping the civilians that are left" I extended the wings of my armor and jumped into the air.
POV Wolverine
'Why did I think this was a good idea again?' I continued to stab into the back of this bug my claws easily sliced through the carapace barely offering any resistance to the adamantium, and as the thing tried to through me off just made my claws cause bigger and nastier gouges on its back.
Then like a car speeding down the highway then comic to a complete stop, I was flung forward, over the insect's head and I waited for the familiar feeling of falling from a high altitude only to stop midair.
Nightfury: "Sup Logan looks like you could use a hand," he wore his classic black scale armored two swords on his back large silver metallic wings sprouted from his back. I grunted in response as I looked to find what had sent me flying and stopped the insect in its tracks only for my jaw to drop at what I saw.

Nightfury: "Red Supernova, Dragon Archfiend turn this bug to ash" at the command the massive dragon opened its maw and I saw red lighting arc across its body and the already high temperature begin to increase rapidly. "I hope you have a way to communicate for your guys to brace themselves".
"EVERYONE TAKE COVER!" I yelled into the communicator as the dragons lifted the still squirming insect into the air but the heat still rapidly increased, Nightfury blasted off behind a few skyscrapers.
*WHOOOOOOOSH* *BOOOOOOOM*
Then a miniature sun formed in the sky made of red, black, and gold flamed the heat skyrocketed for just five seconds and those seconds felt like an eternity but then the sun disappeared and the heat slowly started to go down and in the sky, the two Dragons remained alone and the giant insect was gone.
Nightfury: "Well that's taken care of but we still have 2 more of these things to-" he paused suddenly and I was about to ask what's happened when suddenly we took off at full speed.
"What's up bub?" I didn't get a reply as I looked trying to see what got him moving so fast then I saw it a group of soldiers and armored vehicles surrounded the rescue team and a girl in white armor.
A/N: (Sorry for the slow update this was a long chapter to write pulse the first time I wrote it I accidentally deleted it and had to rewrite it again which caused me a major case of writer's block but now it's here and I hope you enjoy)
