Viltrum 1 year later

Not much has happened this past year. I talked to kara at least once a week for the past year. She adjusted to earth pretty quickly and started to live with the Kent's (is just me but I always preferred the kents over the danvers like the cw show) apparently kal was excited to find out about his cousin and even more excited to find out that there's a couple more kryptonians out there. He was pretty rude to my dad at first when they talked to each other on a holo call. He thought this was a trick from zod since dads sister was his right hand. But kara and dad quickly explained what the situation was. Kal apologized but then got a little depressed when he found out me and dad taught her how to use her powers, he thought he would get in some bonding time.

When he saw me talking to kara almost everyday and both of us blushing a couple times he tried to be over protective until mrs Kent and kara her self scolded him. With Kara saying technically she is older and was the leader of the house of el since jor el made it her before the planet exploded, so she can choose who she dates. At that moment kal made a funny face and mrs Kent asked if kara wanted to date me she blushed hard and said yeah she liked me for months forgetting I'm still on the call when she sees me she said by and ended the call quick.

Anyway since I knew I would be going to earth plus I know I'm going to be a super hero I had to prepare. First I went to dads lab to see if he could help make me a few things. I got him to make me my own super suit which was the new 52 Superman suit but instead of the house of El the symbol on the chest was the house of Ul symbol. Luckily when zod and my aunt invaded she didn't wear her house crest.

I also gave dad the idea of omni tools so he invented them. I always thought mass effect was great for creating it. Like a dna bonded holographic computer that also is a flashlight, scanner, camera, video and audio communication device etc.. it's just very practical have. The moment mom found out about the Omni blade and armor you can have she immediately requested one for self and decided to train me in blade combat which was painful and I don't even know how she made it hurt with my enhanced skin. The armor is kinda useless to me since my skin is harder so I don't use it often but for mom it's great since she's not invulnerable just really dense skin you know viltrumite physiology and all.

I mentioned oz kits from borderlands to dad so me and the other viltrumites could breath in space and talk instead of just holding there breath. He corrected the design and made it better by having the size of it decrease and instead of being on your shoulder and covering your whole face. Mine would be small enough to fit behind my ear and only cover my nose and mouth so I can still use heat vision. He sold the Omni tools and and oz kits on viltrum and the green lanterns. Making a deal with the lanterns to be his distributor around the universe. He asked me if I wanted any credit for them and said no don't need that kind of attention just leave your name on it. As for my suit even though I'm immune to kryptonite I still had dad weave shielding from any type of kryptonite in it. Since I don't know if I'm immune to all kryptonite or just green. My suit is made out of a special material so it looks and feels like fabric but is very tough and can take a lot of damage.

Today is the day I leave for earth I've brought a couple extra Omni tools and oz kits for kara and kal. I also had dad hack earth's systems to make me a earth id birth certificate drivers license etc. He converted some credits to American currency so I'm well off and won't need to work if I don't want to. Dad built me a small pod that will take me to earth in about a week I'm out in the back yard now saying my goodbyes.

Mom came up to hug and kissed my forehead. "Ryan you've grown so much since you were born I know you born to do great things. Teach anybody who dares to get in your way the night of a viltrumite and don't slack on your training trust me I'll know. And you better be dating kara the next time you come to visit or there be hell to pay." She laughs while crying a little. Wryly smiling I hug her and kiss her cheek and walk to my dad standing tall and proud. He gives me a one armed hug and pats my shoulder.

"Ryan you've done me proud boy. From your training with your mother to helping me in the lab with your intuitive mind. Your my pride no your the house of Ul pride. Become the best you can be and bring honor back to our house and show the galaxy the might of the first hybrid of its kind. Prosper son and be great." Patting my shoulder one last time he goes calm my crying mother and hugs her while nodding at me.

"I'll make you proud mom, dad don't worry ill be fine besides worst case I come back hear to hide." I laugh. While mom looks confused.

"Hide? Hide from what?" She questions

"Oh you know if I fail or get kara made enough and I need to a place to lay low oh look at that it's time to go it'll take a week to get there gotta got bye." I check my Omni tool in a rush and hope in the pod.

After setting the destination my pod launches through the atmosphere shuttle ig me through space. I'm basically going to be in stasis for a week till I get there.

Planet earth smallville

Kara pov

I'm so excited today's the day I get to see Ryan he's coming to earth just for me and he's staying. I hope ka ahem Clark doesn't embarrass me. Honestly still have to get used to calling him that. Earth has been great, it has way better food than krypton. Anyway food aside Ive come to find my self living in smallville at the moment with Clark's family the Kent's very nice people. I love the country side for how quiet and peaceful it is. I've learned all the holidays and customs earth has and every major holiday Clark would come back to visit and play with me in the sky. The bond we have is strong. I hear about the justice league all the time on the news and see the enemies they fight. I really wanna be a hero to. Clark said I can start this year since I turned 15 but I've decided to wait for Ryan to come first before I go full time. So far I've only busted a few small time robberies and a couple rouge aliens around smallvile and metropolis. I've meet a couple other protégés of the other leaguers too. I've become good friends with Barbra aka batgirl, robins kinda of funny but I hate kid flash always trying to flirt with me even though I say I'm interested in someone else. Kaldur seems calm and collected kind of like a brother. I really missed talking and seeing Ryan in person. Letting him and his family was one of the best moments in my life. He knows I like him and I know he likes me I hope he ask me out soon. I mean he doesn't need to since mom always said if you want something go get it so if he takes to long I'll ask him. He's coming in planet today and I'm going to help him move to penthouse in New York City though he will be staying with me and the Kent's for a little while to get used to things and meet the family I bet he'll love Martha's pie. Looking up in the night sky I see a star wait no zooming in i see a pod. Oh RAO that's Ryan's pod I dash up to it and grab it flying fast to the ground. Carefully dropping it I turn to find Clark, lois and the Kent's all standing behind me.

"A little to excited there hm cuz." He says with a little snark and a playfully raised eyebrow.

Lois elbows him in the gut and he act like it hurts. "Lay off her smallville she's excited to see her boyfriend who she hasn't seen for a year at least he keeps his promise and came as soon. That shows some promise that he's a good young man." She smiles at me as I smile back and blush a bit.

"Hey I never said she could date what do you mean boyfriend!" Clark complains before I can't set him off Martha comes up and yanks his ear.

"Clark kara is a strong young woman if she wants to date she definitely let enough too. Besides we've all talked to him and his parents on those fancy computer of yours. I think he's a fine young man and you will not play this death threat or tough guy act in my house he's a guest. Besides you like him

Too don't lie I've seen you talk to him or his dad with out kara around." Martha said sternly. Me and Lois are laughing up a storm at his red face and mumbling.

John laughs and calms his wife. "Calm down hon Clark just wants to prepare his don't touch my daughter speech for when ever he has kids. And kara what are you waiting for open the pod!" I really do love the Kent's always on my side.

Looking at the pod I walk to the hatch on the slide that has a control panel. I open the pod and see the top open like my pod there was smoke and like his mother did for me I waved it away. He yawns and stretches before opening his eyes. He has beautiful deep brown eyes. Looking at me he tilts his head and slowly lifts his hand and caresses my cheek. Loving every second I fall into it, he looks deeply at me smiles before I can say anything he carry's me and shoots off high to the sky.

"Kara I've missed so much look at you! You look amazing." He exclaims while checking me out he thinks I don't notice. I knew he'd like my house I'm wearing blue Jean short shorts and a red blouse that shows a tiny bit of cleavage.

"Me what about you Ryan you got taller your like 6 foot and I can tell you weren't slacking with Emily you've gotten a little muscular." Floating around him I poke his chest and arms a few times.

Don't get distracted by his handsome face I got to claim him even more now before one of these other women try to take him from me. Taking a deep breath I get his attention to look directly at him.

"Ryan I loved you for a long time helping me back on viltrum, the fun we've had, designing my super suit, helping bond with Clark. You've been helping me and believed in me when I was down or when this planet confused me. Would you be my boyfriend I feel like I have this bond with you always pulling me close to you." Shyly I play with my hair.

He looks at me with a frown. Oh no maybe he doesn't like me the way I thought. "Dam kara." Then he smiles "That was supposed to be my line I was going to ask you out I've been watching a lot of earth romance movies why do you think I flew up here under the moonlight. I thought this would be romantic enough for me to strike anyway of course I'll go out with you. You've been my best friend and one of the few people who make me feel like I belong somewhere this bond burns strong between us and like you it calls me towards you *I love you kara zor el*" he floats closer towards me as I gasp I haven't heard my kryptonian name or kryptonese in such a long time. I tear up a bit. I'm so happy he brings his face closer to mine and i close my eyes as our lips touch and he takes my literal breath away after a couple seconds we let the kiss go and he leans his forehead on mine. I whisper "*May Rao's light forever shine on house of Ul for we are forever connected.*" he whispers the same and at that moment the moon directly shines on us and we both feel the bond between us grow stronger. I could start to feel his emotions as he feels mine.

I hear "I really love this girl." In my mind and I'm shocked and even more surprised we have a full kryptonian bond very few kyrptonians find there soul mate and at most just have and empathetic bond like Clark and Lois. This means Ryan will never feel attracted to any other female but me this is great.

"This is awesome so this is the bond I've read about in dads archives. I wonder how far can we telepathically talk for, what's the range? Do we feel every emotion and can we tell where the other is…." He starts to mumble in nerd talk. Looking behind under me I see Lois and Martha smiling with tears in there eyes and johnathan giving me a thumbs up. Clark has a full blown smile on his face and points to his ears telling me he heard everything meaning he fully supports us as he knows Ryan is my soulmate. Lois and Martha gasp as I see him tell them the same. I heavily blush since the moment is ruined and we forgot where we are. Seeing Ryan still mumbling I kiss his cheek snapping him out of it.

"Your a nerd and I love it but seriously you need to stop and meet the family In person." He smiles and said okay we fly back down to the ground in front of everyone.

Ryan's POV

Looking at everyone smiling at me I nervously chuckle and rub the back of my head.

"Hey everyone sorry about that I was just really excited to see kara again." Martha smiles and brings in for a hug.

"Oh welcome to the family Ryan I have to call your mother telling her I win the bet I knew kara would confess first." She laughs in victory and walks away to the house probably to brag to mom.

"Take good care of her son welcome to the farm I'll get your room set up." John pats my shoulder as he passes bye and Lois comes up and kisses my cheek.

"Kara talks about you all they time wow she's right you really are handsome thankfully you have the bond same as Clark and I or I would worry about you and other women." She laughs and walks with Martha. I feel kara is embarrassed through the bond.

Clark comes up at me and smiles giving me and firm hand shake and then a hug. "Welcome to the family Ryan and sorry for the whole tough guy act I very well can't act like that anymore since RAO has blessed you both with the bond which means your meant to be just don't fool around to soon and make my little nieces and nephews your still a kid on earth laws plus I'd hear you. You super powers and all." Clark dashes away as he heard kara yell his name as we both blush.

She turns to me and lets out a breath. Leaning on my shoulder and starts to play with my hair as she did a year ago. She whispers "I'm so glad your here." I whisper back "Me to with you by my side I feel."
