New Mission Directives

I have seen and learnt all I could, even things I shouldn't know or didn't ask for.

Did you know that in each quadrant of the galaxy… Depending on which one though, as this varies, there are about 382 billion solar systems.

That's a crazy amount of space for just one galaxy. What would I do with such information, I have no idea, but I now know it.

Also, did you know that the Oan Manhunter can be defeated just by saying the most outlandish thoughts ever. Like the standard "The moon is made of cheese" type of thing.

Also did you know that DNA stretches into the spiritual which means that you can still clone someone even if you don't have the person's DNA, granted that you have technology advanced enough to read souls.

All these and more I had learnt, they were incredible knowledge that could only be gotten from something like the Apokalips Pit, but they were completely useless in my quest for freedom.

At this point, I have done all I could… Attack the programming when my body was off world, do so while it was inactive.

Chip away at it slowly over time, none had worked, and attacking it when the body was active has always resulted in even more defences being added to the program.

It was best to simply wait, my opportunity will come, but as for now I shall dedicate it to learning as much as I can about the Parademons themselves.

I was one, and it wasn't something I could escape for now, so it was best to learn more about them.

….

Many more wars later,

The body was awake again, its directive was to follow the swarm to attack a new world.

The planet was nameless, which was to be expected, since neither Darkseid nor his minions cared enough about the planets they destroy to name them or even learn the name given to it by the locals.

There was no further information provided, they were simply to attack and follow standard protocol, which meant that they would kill all and then loot the planet to its destruction.

With the directive given, the container opened revealing the darkness of space but now sitting eerily in the sky several kilometers above them was a large white portal like thing.

It was a Boomtube, one that would instantly take them to their target location. At the moment, I could see several other Parademons flying into said portal.

At the same time too, the body spread its wings as it activated its flight functions and immediately followed after the others.

As soon as it flew into the Boomtube, everything turned white but just as quickly, the darkness of space returned but now before it was a large red planet.

Automatically, its mind was updated with various information. Such as the planet's technology level, which was non-existent and the fact that its inhabitants were telepaths.

This information may as well be telling them that they should come and do as they like. Parademons were already impossibly strong.

Enough to throw heavy machinery over their heads with ease, they could use all and everything they found as a weapon during combat.
