Chapter 87: Evolved

[3rd POV]

"Administrator-kun is seducing our devil..."

Winter heard the words of one of the devils... Shinoa.

She cannot even think of calling Shinoa differently who acts inappropriately at her sister's age.

Shinoa entered the room with Hermione, and both of them were a little tired.

"Anthony said he wants to experiment with their powers. Stop thinking in just one direction."

Hermione's voice took on some condescending tones which happens when she tries to express something.

"I know what he wants to experiment with..."

Shinoa muttered and finally noticed Winter.

"Oh, Winter, what are you doing?"

"Thinking."

Winter replied shortly. She just became used to speaking this way not out of hostility.

"I can understand you. I've been through that stage too."

Shinoa sat down next to her.

"In a dangerous world where every day could be your last, and you have to fight for survival, where people are afraid to leave the safe zone... to a world where that doesn't exist, it's impossible to get used to it quickly, and it takes time to adapt. It makes you wonder if our world deserves it."

Shinoa said it surprisingly without jokes or suggestive hints.

Shinoa expressed all the depth through, but it didn't break her and only made her stronger.

It's now clear that she has found her path and happiness.

"Surprisingly, sometimes you can be quite serious."

Winter smiled slightly.

"I don't want to be like that."

Shinoa waved her hand and leaned back on the back of the sofa.

These five days have passed since Erin "reunited" with her mother.

It's been a week since we arrived in this new world, and they have gotten stronger and more skilled.

Winter has already been able to fight Cinder in "Maiden" mode thanks to her aura and life force.

Winter studied martial arts with great respect, but she didn't forget her cold weapon, and Shigur helped her.

We spent a lot of time talking with her about her world and possible changes that would positively impact the world.

She still fiercely hates her father even though she hides it... and yes, she is ready to help me expose him.

I told Winter about my idea back in her world, and she agreed because she is more ready than ever for this next step.

I also gave her all the information I had on Jacques Schnee which was enough to destroy all of his political and business power.

Furthermore, if the general does it himself and doesn't give Jacques a chance...

Rias can now literally able to break through mountains with the help of Ki... We saw this in one of the Himalayas mountains.

More precisely, it's not quite Ki anymore, but rather the Destruction power that is released in a burst of attack.

Rias herself saw Touki, and releasing Touki pressure could create craters. She can't do this yet, but I can do it quite well.

Hermione has become deeply involved in studying all those spells that were difficult to test at Hogwarts or in its surroundings besides Ki.

In addition, there's me who can quickly correct or help her...

In a week, Hermione has mastered several spells, even some 'dark' ones, including Fiendfyre and some dark spells from books.

She has a slightly different view of the world now that she has read more books and stories about it.

She has learned how to create different spells and why the Ministry of Magic calls all bad spells "Dark."

She particularly liked the Improved Transfiguration spell she found in one of the books purchased from Chat.

Shinoa... well, she has definitely become more dangerous with Ki.

After all, she couldn't get stronger because the demon in her "Cursed Weapon" disappeared when she went into my world with me.

Now Mana can "turn off" most of the sensitivity at will which makes her sensitivity much better than that of an ordinary person.

I also learned all of Bang's techniques this week and fully assimilated them with him which made me even more dangerous especially with the "Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist" technique.

This technique is perfect for defense and attack because of its reflecting properties.

I've already tested it in the Battle Arena.

I can redirect blows capable of splitting an island the size of Japan back at the opponent, and this is not the limit.

Of course, I was going to do more than that.

I also carefully studied the Sinful Key's influence on them to ensure that nothing irreversible would happen.

The Sinful Key itself reveals the potential of the bloodline, but I only did this on myself and was confident in the result.

"Do you want to stick your key into me to make me stronger?"

"You're not a full human, but half Namanari even though you didn't have a 'second personality' because of your sister. Your bloodline is connected to Naminari and demons. That demon was the one who created vampires and partially Seraphim... so most likely you'll become a hybrid of human and demon, or possibly a Seraphim."

"Um... I won't become a vampire, will I?"

Shinoa asked just to be sure.

"No, you won't become a vampire. Maybe you'll grow a tail, wings, or horns..."

"Don't worry, being a demon isn't bad."

Rias chuckled.

"And what about me? This will help me too?"

"Yes, it should unlock the potential of your bloodline. Of course, this has limitations. It's unlikely to help a real god from your world, but it helped me become stronger and unlock hidden power."

"Like in that novel..."

 Rias whispered quietly.

"Yeah, your demonic part and bloodline will most likely become stronger. So, the 'Destruction' energy will come even easier."

"Who wants to go first?"

I asked them.

She approached me, already prepared for what would happen. I took out the Sinful Key and stuck it into her chest without asking questions.

It went through her soul without hurting her because it was a magical and spiritual artifact.

"Oh, I'm used to you entering me in a different way..."

Shinoa muttered.

"Does it hurt?"

Rias asked.

"No... it feels like a breeze blowing into my chest, and that's it. Oh... I feel something now."

"The Sinful Key is infusing energy into you."

I said that and continued.

The Sinful Key began to pour a lot of energy into her soul, but not as much as into mine when I "evolved".

It didn't take even a dozen seconds before the girl lit up brightly, and her body began to change.

At first, she was about one hundred fifty centimeters tall, but now she was about one hundred sixty-two centimeters tall with her violet hair turned pink and her eyes turned red.

The ground beneath her split in half from the pressure emanating from the seemingly defenseless girl.

They were all shocked when Shinoa changed.

But soon almost all of them blushed, as... Shinoa remained naked, so I hurried to create clothes for her.

I analyzed her body.

The next one was Hermione with a serious face and everything happened even faster, and the changes were not so obvious.

She became slightly taller, her hair became silkier, and her facial features became more attractive.

The major changes were on an energetic level as she somehow became a 'perfect' human.

Hermione immediately tested her strength by pulling out her wand, and all spells became even easier to perform even without uttering them aloud or even using the wand.

There were no problems with Winter either.

Winter's glyphs emerged during the transformations while rotating in opposite directions on her top and bottom, and her aura started to strengthen.

Thus, Winter's Semblance and other traits improved.

After seeing everything, Erina no longer worried about the Sinful Key being stuck in her chest, and the changes happened quickly.

She felt like her body had immediately taken a huge step forward, and her life energy increased significantly.

The ground under her cracked because of Ki's pressure during the changes.

The problems began with Rias.

Firstly, she was the only one here who was definitely not human. She was a born demon with a fairly powerful bloodline.

As a result, the Sinful Key started to take energy from me while she transformed.

I simply started to give it energy from the medallion where now more than two thousand souls reside.

The power of Destruction rose up right around Rias, and I had to work hard to contain her.

I glanced at everyone else and teleported them a hundred kilometers away to another island.

The power of Destruction is so powerful that even my Aura with Ki and magic did not become a barrier to it.

In fact, they did but only for a short time because the energy itself wasn't incompatible.

If it weren't for the knowledge gained from Bang, I wouldn't have been able to redirect all this energy aside... but I lost a hand because I had to come into contact with it.

Fortunately, I quickly restored my hand through alchemy.

However, the events would have been different if I had used my form as the Ultimate Seraphim.

I would definitely have been able to contain that released power.

I asked Rias, and she stood up with a smile on her lips.

Rias' gaze stopped on me, and her smile became truly demonic.

"And my "sins" want to do something I agree with..."

Rias swayed her hips while she approached me and kissed me.

She did it very clumsily, but the emotion she put into that kiss compensated for it.

We were standing on a small part of the island that was still there.

The rest of the island just vanished, leaving a hole full of hundreds of tons of water.

Soon, this water would reach us, and it was time to wrap things up and leave.
