Chapter 2: Brief Clip about me

Got back to Nigeria exactly 8months ago, the first child of my parent, well my mom is from Ohio and obviously my dad is from Nigeria, basically the reason I'm here, I mean at first I was only told to come take break from everything and see my Father's land for a while but I guess my father want me to come take over his company here is Lagos state Nigeria,

well I got to like the place and I did make friends already, lovely guys at that and now I doubt if I want to to stay in the united state again, so during one of this outing with my friends on a weekend at a club, which I just started going to, back in the State, I only go to school to church back to my hostel, to my parents house in Texas, my mother was a deacon in our church and I was committed when I was there, but getting to Nigeria I had to blend, so to say my Friends, equally I don't like to be left out though.

Simply I call my life back in the state a boring one and this Lagos life am living! Oh my I love it, tho it's all about me spending and my Dad got that covered.

So on this particular weekend night, we were at a small club, when Steve, one of my friend was on a video call with one of his babe, showing her what we bought and have on the table, when I heard who's that fine boy when the camera glance through my face, certainly I knew that was now Kate, the lady Steve was video chatting with, so I ask to see the person whose voice I just heard over the phone.

Steve gave me the phone to see the lady, who was a friend of Kate, of course they were together in a room, immediately I saw the girl on the phone I skipped for few seconds, did I just lost my voice right now? I asked myself, heyyyy beauuti ful, I was stuttering, hey handsome, how are you doing? She asked.

I'm fine and I like you I would love to collect your number from Steve if he has it, you mind?

OK I will tell to Kate to send it to Steve to give it to you, but so you know I don't stay in Lagos State, she says,

Oh that's not a problem and my bad what's your name my name is Greg, but feel free to call me Pappy, she said her name is Cassie and just Cassie.

Steve collected his phone that moment and told Cassie that he will give her number me when Kate send it so we can talk and not disturb he's showoff to Kate, I laughed.

That was how I got to know Cassie and after few weeks of everyday calling, texting and video calls, I ask her out straight up, and she said yes instantly which I didn't see to be off, since we've been talking everyday for weeks now and from then till now we've been good and enjoying each other's company and here comes VALENTINE, i want to see her and I think she wants to see me too but I have to go to her not her coming to me, well either way, I just want to meet this cute sweet dream girl if mine..

And few weeks ago she introduced Chuks to me as her brother and that he just came to town to greet her for few weeks, though I had to ask after I saw him in her room one faithful day during our video chat call, so she told me all that, I collected Chuks phone number as he's the only relative I know to her and I and Chuks started talk and just last week I told him I want to surprise Cassie, since she wants me to come to her place instead of her coming over, and Chuks offered to help me with what she like and all and few days ago he gave me the estimate of the cost for the surprise which in total amount to 2.3million naira, jeez, well actually didn't mind since he said with the package and all, if I were to propose to her on that Valentine's day, she will definitely say yes.

Lol, good enough but I wasn't going to propose just not yet, so hearing that I didn't object about the cost, I just sent it to him few days ago.
