Chapter 2: The System

How can I escape this world? The only way to escape was the log out button. But that plan is over. The window popped up in front of me with a little chime sound. "Leave the room." I twisted my head to face the door. I then walked to the door and put my hand on the doorknob. I hesitated. What could be behind the door? The twisted the doorknob slowly to find...nothing. Just more forest. I stepped out the room and as soon I left the room. The sun blinded me. I put my hand over my eyes, but just enough to still see, and looked up. There was a bird-like monster flying over me. On the top right hand corner of my vision, I saw three bars show up. Health, stamina, and mana. Health, is obviously how I live. Stamina is like energy. Mana might be like magic and stuff. The window popped up in front of me. "These are your bars. If your health gets too low, you die! Eat food around the map or level up to restore your health." A new bar popped up on my screen as the window disappeared. It was a small text that went right next to the health bar. "Level: 1" Looks like I have to level up to escape this hell. The window popped up again. "This is the end of the tutorial. Good luck. And, watch your back. There's a monster in front of you." The window disappeared and a large dust cloud rushed past me. When my vision was clear, I saw it. A huge metal bird. Its feathers were glowing white, and the eyes of the beast were the darkest black. Above the beast had a name. "Aspin the Mighty"
