White Heralds Ground Base - Night.

Jared and the other Heralds turned around and faced where the voice came from. The saw a man in a green shirt and jeans with bald head. He was muscular and looked menacing. He had a cruel smile on his face. One thing was sure, he meant business.

"Who are you and what have you done with the people here?" Jared asked, he was trying his best to suppress his feelings as he was so furious and at the same time scared. He could feel an intense amount of energy emanating from the man who was standing a few feet away from them. It felt so strange but he composed himself and stayed cool and alert.

He activated his super brain silent talker.

[Jared's Superbrain Silent Talker: When Jared activates his Superbrain Silent Talker, he is able to communicate telepathically with those around him.]

Jared didn't speak a single word but he had already established connection with his team.

"He strong guys.....very strong.....I can feel it" Jared spoke telepathically

"But he's at a disadvantage.... he's alone. We can take him"

Shade nodded in affirmation.

"Call me Kidogo.....the shell's name is Robby" the scary strange man who we now know as Kidogo replied Jared.

"What do you mean by shell?" Jared asked.

"Oh I'll tell you...." Kidogo said and smiled menacingly.

"The people of this terra world call something information.....and it appears that to get information, you people use what you call money....a form of exchange. According to your rules, what you are requesting for is called information so there should be payment right...😈? The man asked....the cruel smile still on his face.

"Are you requesting for money?" Jared asked.

"No....not money. Something much more cheaper" Kidogo replied.

"What then?" Jared asked curiously.

"If you can defeat me, I will tell you everything you want to know.....there are zero chances of that happening though but let's not be discouraging. Are you willing defeat me?" Kidogo asked in a nice persuasive tone.

"Guys.....we attack on my count" Jared spoke telepathically.

"We will defeat you and you will tell us everything" Jared replied Kidogo and took a fighting stance.

"One"

Shade activated her powers and took her stance.

"Two"

Joe and Kennedy prepared for the chaos that was about to ensue.

"Go"

The three Heralds peeled at the strange Kidogo at superhuman speed and the battle began. Shade activated her fire slap (a slap of fire). She swerved her hot palm at Kidogo who blocked it with the tip of his nail, and unleashed a backhand slap on Shade's face. The slap shook the walls around them and sent her flying away like a bird.

Kennedy threw a barrage of punches at him with super speed but he dodged every single one without leaving his position. He grabbed Kennedy's wrist and spinned around with him hurling him into the wall opposite him.

"You people are so weak....if you are the strongest, then I wonder how the normal humans will feel like" Kidogo said as he dodged one of Jared's flying kick. He grabbed Jared by the neck and activated his powerful eye lazers which he shot at Jared armor piercing it. Jared screamed in pain as the armor was directly synced with his nervous system.

"You're the weakest.....it appears to me that you don't even have an authentic armor..." Kidogo said as he twisted one of Jared's ankles, landed two punches on his exposed abs and tossed him away like trash. Jared was wounded and he groaned in pain.

"Jared!" Shade screamed in anger and charged at Kidogo along with Joe and Kennedy. They attacked Kidogo from all directions and in all manners, it was a very fast paced battle but Kidogo was effortlessly blocking their attacks. Joe tried to blast him away using his telekinesis but Kidogo was unmovable and the blast bounced back at him ramming him into the wall. He groaned in pain as Blood dripped out of his nose.

Kennedy and Shade kept fighting and it was only a matter of time before they tired out. Kidogo grabbed hold of the two of them and lazered them away like flies being sprayed by an insecticide. One thing was certain, Kidogo was enjoying every bit of action. He was a lion playing with his meal afterall.

Everyone was down. Joe, Kennedy, Jared.... everyone but Shade who was just warming up. Shade stood up from where she had landed and took another flighting stance. A firm one at that. She wiped the blood off her bruised lips and prepared for round two.

"You are resilient and dilligent lady but the sad truth is that you are not strong.....you are weak and nimble....like a fly and you won't win this fight." Kidogo said with the cruel and menacing smile on his face. He was cruel, there was no doubt about that.

"You piece of shit!!!!!!....you are not in the position to tell me my strengths and weaknesses!!!!!!!" Shade yelled at the top of her voice as bright flames emanated from her armor. Her hair began to grow longer and her eyes glowed like fire, she was basically becoming fire as huge amount of hot flames were emmited as she transitioned to greater power.

[Shade's Messenger of Fire: Allows her to wield more powerful and greater fire while burning more energy]

"Mmn....She's leveling up her strength just to fight me..... Interesting.... Humans are interesting."🤔 Kidogo thought with a sudden frown on his face.

"She's probably stronger now so I don't need to hold back some of my strength.....let's make her defeat a beautiful one.😁" He whispered as he took a fighting stance too for the first time.

"You're taking a fighting stance.....you scared little piece of shit!!!!!" Shade yelled again as she busted at Kidogo with huge flames of fire they sparred amidst the scattering flames and Kidogo could tell that she had gotten stronger as her attacks were like steel. She opened all the gates of fire on Kidogo who clenched his elbows to shield himself from the flames.

Shade disappeared into the fire and Kidogo looked around for her. There was great silence amidst the flames until Shade reappeared from above with a fiery punch. Kidogo grabbed her and smashed her to the ground breaking the ground around them to crumbs.

"I told you you're weak lady"

He smashed her to the ground the second time and her hair grew shorter....she was getting weaker.

He smashed her to the ground with more force and her armor gave out and disappeared.

He punched her wickedly in the ribs and she spit blood.

He punched her in the ribs again and again..

and again

"Stop!" Jared begged as he crawled towards Kidogo who was beating the hell out of Shade.

and again

"Stop please we surrender" he continued begging

and again till two of her upper ribs gave out and broke to shards beneath her skin. The fracture stabbed her heart and she groaned in unimaginable pain and tears fell from her eyes till she passed out.

Kidogo smiled menacingly and stood up with his bloody fists. He was happy, he was feeling good, he felt high.....he wanted more.

"This shell is pretty strong.....I am so strong.....back home....I am the weakest of the cadets. I think I like it here....I love it here" He whispered within him.

All of a sudden, a certain force gripped his head, it felt so strange and he felt immediate pain. He groaned as he grabbed his brains.....

"I begged you to stop...I told you we surrendered..." Jared said as he stood up eyes red and burning with hatred and pain. He had activated his most powerful ability SUPER BRAIN ATTACK. it burned alot of energy but he would do it anyways

"I will melt your brain asshole"
