32 Fight against a Spirit Profound Beast

Yang Tian wiped the bead of sweat running down his face. The reason for the sweat wasn't just because it was too hot. Well, it could be considered quite warm… But the other reason was that Yang Tian was facing a beast right.

A beast which, according to Jasmine, was at the 8th Level of the Spirit Profound Realm.

It was a black-furred bear, with a double of Yang Tian's height. It was angrily glaring at Yang Tian… Perhaps it couldn't hold back itself before rushing towards Yang Tian and tearing him apart into pieces.

Well, that could be blamed on Yang Tian as well. After all, who told him to go and kill the cubs of this female bear and loot their bodies as well as their True Profound Cores?

Just the aura of her children coming out of Yang Tian was enough to tell this female bear that this was the human who killed her cubs.

It growled loudly, "Y-you despicable human!" And the female bear rushed towards Yang Tian at full speed.

Even with all the strength that he held, Yang Tian was definitely sure he would be crushed by this bear. Whether it was in strength or Profound Energy.

They were two great realms apart from each other…

Jasmine immediately advised him, "RUN! Make a run for it now!"

However, Yang Tian didn't move from his spot. He continued to stare at the Bear charging at him with her aura surrounded with a brown coloured aura surrounding her body.

Yang Tian guessed that the Bear was even supplementing her body with Earth Profound Energy and make her body even sturdier.

If he was hit by her, he would very well die.

However, just as the Bear hit Yang Tian, Yang Tian's figure disappeared with an illusionary image, showing that it was just an afterimage.

"Star God's Broken Shadow." Just before being hit by the bear, he had used this skill and somehow saved himself from the impact.

The Bear couldn't stop her momentum and continued to hit the trees and some stones in her path. Each one of these obstructions was crushed with no exception…

Just as the Bear stopped and was about to turn her head to look at her hateful target.

The bear heard a faint mutter.

A strong fist, coated in reddish coloured Profound Energy suddenly appeared behind the bear's body and hit her sturdy backbone.

The attack was powerful, even though the bear was Two Great Realms above Yang Tian, she wouldn't dare to be careless and take on the might of this attack without enforcing herself with Earth Profound Energy. But since she had earlier enforced her own body with the Earth Profound Energy, Yang Tian's strong attack didn't even shake it.

"Y-you are in my hands now!" The bear turned around and grabbed hold of Yang Tian's body with little to no effort.

Just as Yang Tian struck the bear's body and tried to use the force to escape, the bear grabbed hold of Yang Tian's arms.

Before Yang Tian could say anything, the bear lifted him up with one hand and hammered him against the ground. Not just once, though… He was struck nearly tens of times.

His head had started bleeding, and Yang Tian felt the bones in his chest started breaking…

'Damn… That does hurt. It's been so long that I felt any pain… Looks like I got too used to the comfort.' These were the thoughts in his head as this pain made him remember the initial physical pain that had accompanied him after he reincarnated. Then was that terrifying soul pain…

Before he realised it, Yang Tian's body was thrown in the air so strongly that he could feel the wind resistance burning his skin.

As his body had started to come down, the bear suddenly jumped and gave a strong headbutt at Yang Tian's chest.

Yang Tian let out a mouthful of blood, and his body fell on the ground. The bear also stepped on the field soon enough. It stared at the mouthful of the blood being leaked from Yang Tian's mouth, but the anger in its gaze had still not weakened.

Jasmine was growing a little worried about Yang Tian and spoke out, "I will deal with this beast. You are in no condition to fight any longer."

Yang Tian slowly got up and stared at the bear with an empty gaze. He opened his mouth and started muttering, "Not enough… Still not enough… This power is still not enough to defeat me!"

He once again released all his Profound Energy, but the bear didn't seem to be worried about the resistance from Yang Tian.

Inside Yang Tian's Profound Veins, amongst the Big Dipper shaped gates that had always been closed, the first one quietly opened…

Yang Tian instantly felt the Profound Energy within his veins going berserk. The power of his Profound Energy was twice or thrice as compared to before.

He could fell that this density and volume of the profound energy was trying to resist against his body, it appeared as if it wanted to break past the limits of his body.

But fortunately, his body was well strong enough to resist the impact of the berserk Profound Energy.

Although his energy was more potent than before, he still didn't dare to take on the bear in terms of pure physical might.

"Star God's Broken Shadow!"

Another replica was formed with this technique, and he charged at the bear with his full speed.

One of these replicas was a little faster and reached the body of the Bear quickly. One of Yang Tian's replicas congealed all his energy within his fist and used, "Flaring Star Crushes the World."

The Bear raised his own claw and struck out its own punch. The Bear was quickly able to crush the attack of Yang Tian's replica.

At that moment, he targeted the Bear's chest and displayed that move to its full might.

The Bear was caught off-guard by that move. The power within that move could be five times… No, ten times of the power that could be displayed by Yang Tian's "Flaring Star Crushes the World."

As the bear was struck on its chest, half of its body was blown apart by how strong the move was. Even Yang Tian was flabbergasted at the strength of this move… After having hit the bear on its chest, Yang Tian felt the energy leaving his body.

He was drained…

But he still kept on gazing at the bear's body. He wasn't sure if this could bring it down or not.

However, he soon found that his worries were needless. The Bear's back touched the ground and seemed to have taken its last breath…
