Chapter 13

The ship has a silver base color, with a black hue in shapes that resemble a liquid that departs from the control room to the turbine; the pair of wings of the nave, is surrounded by two silver rings. At the bottom you can see the gates of the weapons and at the top there is a gate twice the size.

The ship floated in front of the group, leaving the cargo door part in front of the group.

The ship's cargo door begins to open, exposing the blonde-haired girl.

Levi watches her. Something about the girl makes Levi suspicious. The more he observes her, the more he feels that he is in danger. He tries to stay in control so as not to alert anyone.

Levi does not stay off and begins to attack the door trying to escape, Born instead is still shocked by what has just happened.

Levi knocked on the door using his fists, hoping to destroy it, however, he turned out to be more resilient than expected. At first you can only hear the din of constant knocking on the door. Then they begin to hear footsteps in the distance, approaching the duo.

Levi walks away from the door. Born rams into the door, hitting it with his head, thus managing to break down the door with ease.

Born quickly rolls Levi up with his neck and jumps off the ship, going in the opposite direction of the ship.

From the ship come three figures, which begin to transform into three large red dragons.

Two of them average more than 20 meters; on their heads could be seen a pair of small horns.

The dragon that was in front average more than 50 meters; he has four wings on his back, which were torn; he has two horns on his head more than 4 meters long, having the shape of deer horns, with their sharp tips, with some scars on some parts of his body.

The three dragons and the ship begin to pursue Born.

At the bottom of the ship, four turrets come out and above the ship comes a proton cannon.

The ship begins firing with its turrets. Born begins to evade gunfire.

Born says as he evades. - Switch to attack mode, do not move from your position-.

Levi with uncertainty says. - Attack mode? -.

Born says. - Get ready-. He puts his head in the shell and when he takes it out he brings on his head a helmet with a design similar to that of a soldier's helmet. "I'm ready, place the weapons in the positions I'm going to mark on my shell." He sticks his paws into the shell. A gun comes out of every hole. Two small automatic turrets, a manual turret and a plasma gun with the logo of a turtle. Born uses wind magic to take up arms. He gives Levi directions on how to place them and how to use them.

Born continues to dodge gunfire, while Levi places the weapons in his shell.

Levi follows the directions, finishes placing the weapons in the places that Born indicated in the shell.

I position the two automatic turrets at the rear of the shell, in the position above where Born's hind legs come out. The manual turret positioned it closer to the center, forming a triangle. Finally, I place the plasma cannon in the center of the shell.

Levi asks a question. - Do automatic turrets seriously follow the objective of the manual turret? -.

Born says. - Yes. Now stop talking and respond to the fire.

Levi doesn't say anything else. It is positioned in the manual turret as Born indicated. He holds the turret with his hands and begins to imbue his magical power to the turret, the tower begins to activate. He fixes his gaze on the ship, starts shooting, the automatic turrets also begin to fire, absorbing Levi's magic power equally.

The ship begins to use evasive movements, as do dragons. Levi does not let them relax, accelerates the shots of the turrets and constantly changes the objective of the shots. I manage to hit some shots at the shield of the ship.

Levi surprised says. - I didn't expect it to be an attack array. Why is the ship's shield very thin? -.

Born answers. - Shields are expensive. Although it is a noble family, it is very difficult to get good quality shields.

Levi asks curiously, while shooting. - Do you have a shield? -.

The plasma cannon begins to glow with a dark tone.

The dragons in the distance noticed the brightness of the cannon.

Dragon boss says. - Start shooting fireballs-.

The other two dragons followed the order.

The dragons began firing large fireballs, making it harder for Born to dodge attacks.

Born says. - Remember how to guide the cannon-.

Levi says. - Yes. I just have to guide him with my mind. And for it to shoot I have to use a button on the turret.

Born says with relief. - Luckily you have a good memory.

Levi responds with a growl. - I'm better than it seems.

A scenario that Levi didn't think possible was happening. A ship and a trio of dragons chasing them, using a turret while on top of a turtle.

In the sky you could only hear the sound of gunfire and exploding fireballs.

Born and Levi had to scream in order to communicate.

The two managed to escape.

Levi tells him in a mocking tone. - You look ridiculous.

Born responds. - They use more ridiculous helmets.

Levi says firmly. - I will never wear a ridiculous helmet.

Born looks at him seriously and says. - Someday you will get married. Yours only wear the helmets when they are getting married. I wish I had the picture of your mom wearing the helmet.

Levi's face is distorted by hearing his mother's mention.

Born looks at Levi's distorted face and says. - I told you. Life is cruel. People you love will die one day. You'll have to get used to it.
