Dark Descendant

In the Magic Realm, mana exists as the main component of life. Those born with it are called magic users and they are capable of controlling the godly power known as magic. Sloth

At that moment, facing the strange man that had just appeared, Heldra's entire body froze at the strange presence that had just surfaced. He was like a shadow, shrouded by a smoky darkness that hid most of his features.

"…how did you get through the fog?" her voice trembled unable to make out the situation.

"Such things don't hold me back."

He let out a crazed giggle as he played with the core. She could feel his eyes pointing directly at her as if studying her core—despite the fact that she had made it invisible to any magic user.

"Who are you?" she asked weakly while gathering as much mana as she could for the next spell. The smell of humbling fear toured the air—forcing her heart to beat even faster than it already was. Who was this man? What was his purpose?

"I wouldn't advise you to fight back, Missy. I am much stronger than you after all." He giggled once again as if he couldn't hold back his irritating laughter.
