C64: Evilus, Unique Nen Ability, Aftermath

A/N: Warning to all readers, from this point on, a lot more of the story will be originated by me, both outside the dungeon and inside as we are already on the border of the deep floors which means that once get through a few more of those, we will be in original content. As for outside the dungeon, ill be making my own spice to enhance the flavor of the story. Ill try to focus on Danmachi details first, then focus on purely new content.

As Axel lies semi conscious in the rubble, his aura builds up but as it is not controlled, it seeps out into the surrounding pieces of wood. The life force of the aura sprouts new life upon the wood. The rubble suddenly shifts a bit as clicking sounds akin to a gear being wound up. It suddenly stops once 10 clicks have been heard.

BOOOOOOM

A powerful force suddenly bursts out from the rubble as Otar uses his full strength to send out another Hildis Vini to counteract the force. Due to Axel's own limit in magic and stats but the fact that his own nen is supplemented by the life force of a god and demigod soul fragments, the resulting collision blast is enough to send Otar flying out through the dirt back to the surface While Axel is immune to his own nen but the shockwave send his sliding head first into the underground wall. He soon reaches an end point due to meeting the outer edges of the dungeon's influence in the city.

Otar drags himself out of the dirt, his body sore from the impact but he stops going after Axel due to finding the rest of his familia protecting his 'mother' from cloaked figures. 4 of these cloaked figures had broken away from the other executives and were charging at Freya when they were cut in half by Otar.

CLANG

The ones suffering the most are Hogni and Hedin as a pair of beings assaulting them. Their movements, weapons, magic and techniques are reminiscent of a former foe that they knew was already long dead. Hedin the mage and Former King of the White Elves regularly uses Caelus Hildr to counter the flaming orbs hovering around Hogni which, if he knows his opponent, would turn into pillars of flame to engulf his companion. He soon has to block a stiletto coming at him with the bottom half of his staff that extends into a blade. He comes face to face with his worst enemy.

Hogni on the other hand is regularly dodging other flame spells whilst also protecting Hedin from the fast paced melee attacker. The two share a look of understanding of who their opponents are but it has been some time since the two were dead. He soon has to dodge a sudden burst of flame that was created without an incantation. The opening had allowed the melee fighter to close in on Hedin who blocked the attack with his staff blade.

Hedin uses a variant version of his Caelus Hildr to create tracking bolts which cause the attacker to dodge but they are too slow and the other attacker, the mage. Rushed to the rescue but they both got enveloped in the lightning bolt. They yelp in pain before it ends. This fried their black cloaks as their appearances were truly revealed.

Both are familiar beings to Hogni and Hedin. A pair of elves, one normal and one dark, yet neither is truly normal. Half of their bodies are covered in plants and flowers which give the impression that they are Illustrious dryad's yet the other half is nightmare haunting as their flesh is corroded to reveal bits of bone with some vines and flower roots seeping through it.

Their bodies somehow do not break apart as the remaining flesh has been mutated to hold a green tint as if covered in moss but not fuzzy looking. Their heads are a mix where their faces are mostly covered in leaves and flowers to give facial expressions while the top, left/right (vena has left side, Dina has right) and back which are all bone with sparse formerly Blonde/Silver (same as before, vena then Dina) hair that has been readorned with silky flower like vines.

"Hehehe, Hogni, Hedin, have you missed us? Because we have missed you." "With every dagger we threw" The mage 'elf' starts speaking and the other adds on. Their voices are strangely pleasant and sultry compared to their grotesque appearance.

"Come, how low you two have fallen. When we were told the state of our bodies when we were brought back." "A severed head" "A crushed spine" "fragmented hands and feet" They speak of the atrocities but their movements resemble a coquettish dance that seems to unnerve the duo further.

BOOOM. It was at this moment that Otar appeared and began to assist the others in protecting Freya.

"Hogni" "Hedin" "Won't you join us this time around." "We no longer have to be on opposing sides." "We are no longer JUST Evilus." "We are something more" "And Orario shall be destroyed in its entirety soon enough." "This can not be prevented." "The dungeon shall be free soon enough." (together)"Our brothers and sisters shall rise to new life, until the world is unified in bountiful life" They take turns speaking to the men they formerly adored and wanted nothing more than to kill and do unspeakable things to their bodies in their infatuation. (school days, last episode style if anyone understands)

CLAP CLAP CLAP

The Dis sisters turn their attention to the hole that Htar had come from. They spot a Tall handsome looking man with blue hair clapping as he hears their story. "Bravo, a tale of the ages. A performance like no other. Just one question, how do you plan to accomplish this while I am here?" Axel speaks with unparalleled confidence. His aura restrained around his body as he is in no hurry to finish the fight as the other people and Aisha are taking down the rabble of Evilus. Unveiling their bodies also reveals sets of decrepit half corpses/half flowers. Strangely there are only females amongst these people.

"Axel Gram" "The false Titan" "The mortal god whomst the dungeon can not grant permission to live"

"You flatter me yet you make it seem as if you have witnessed a real titan. Why not introduce them to me? I'm sure we will be quick friends. Also I have never sought the dungeon for permission to live so maybe check your privileges" His words seem to aggravate the duo but a green glow flushes over them as they rapidly calm down.

"The dungeon awaits you at the 29th floor god killer." "A reward for all your efforts." "We have accomplished our goal of destroying the Ishtar Familia even if we did not kill the goddess herself." "A true shame."

"Well wait a moment, who said you could leave" Axel says as his aura intensifies to a point that others can feel before it is condensed into a mask. The mask itself looks like the face of a serious old man with bundled up gray hair and a long mustache that extends to his chest. Upon putting on the mask, Axel grows shorter and his posture slouches quite a bit. His clothes transform into a full suit of purple, white and gold as his legs look like they are covered in criss crossed bandages. A sign on his chest that says "A kill a day"

Axel/Zeno raises his arms as the nen around him transforms. Taking on a purple hue and draconic shape. The dragon head is formed. The Dis sisters seem to sweat a bit as they begin to run away. Even if they can't see the nen construct, their newfound senses alert them to a gathering of energy that gives off a threat to them. Their trajectory is down and towards the ground as they had been standing on a broken rooftop since the lightning attack from Hogni.

Axel sends out the dragon head as Dragon lance. Controlling it with his hands, he has it maneuver around the building then flow up and down to catch the escaping duo. Vena (the dark elf) casts her Diavel Dis on top of Axel. The old man that is Zeno frowns and waves his hand to create an aura blast that crushes all the flaming orbs hovering around him. The dis sisters glow red as their unique curse Diavel Stige activates. Vena gains the strength and agility of Vena who instead gains magic and endurance. They work together to become faster and soon crash into the ground as the aura dragon follows after them.

BOOOOM.

The dragon lands on the ground but the Dis sisters are missing. No traces of them are found. As such Axel/Zeno has the dragon fly up and then explode in dragon dive. Hundreds of miniature aura dragons flow down and crash onto the defeated Evilus members, whose bodies have been covered in giant vines or leaves as they are being brought underground. The rest of the dragons shatter the ground in search of the Dis sisters. Roughly half the fallen members were brought away while the others were fully shattered by Axel's attack.

"I'm not getting paid enough for this" The old man says as the mask's effect disappears and Axel's real body reappears. The mask dissipates into a cloud of smoke. It's effect over as such, Axel cracks his back from slouching so hard.

"Everyone alright. Go treat your injuries if you need it. Ill watch over your goddess until you're back. Unless im feeling uppity and want to bring your goddess home myself" He says with his former cheeky tone. None of them are too injured except a few burns here and there from the initial surprise attack done on them. Granted they were at least wary and equipped since they had planned to fight Ishtar anyways.

They had witnessed explosions going off in the distance which is why they were alert to threats but the flame explosion by the dis sisters caught them by surprise yet they were still not badly injured thanks to their high levels to notice the attack in time.

Regardless of their qualms, Axel did just fight to a standstill with Otar even if it was cut short. Axel helps guide them halfway to their home before he and Aisha go to the Saint sanctuary that is Axel's home.

Upon arriving, Axel is beaten up by Raikou for bringing home another woman. He had tried to explain that their meeting was from his previous wrong doing and not a new situation like Raikou had asked for. But that only landed him being on the couch for the night while Aisha herself was fully accepted once the minor news that she carried the second child of Axel was made known.
