Man's Romance

Looking at Alex who suddenly disappeared, Filvis absentmindedly stared at where he had just stood and was loss in words.

She then dazedly looked at her hands. Like most Elves, Filvis didn't allow anyone other than those she allowed to touch her, which included other Elves. However, its because she didn't want to dirty them, as she thought she was unclean.

But for some reason, she had initiated for a handshake with Alex who she didn't even know.

'I don't know.'

Thinking about Alex, Filvis murmured as she put her hands in her chest. She had no idea why but she felt an unfamiliar feeling from him. The aura of Alex was indescribable for her.

As he was on his way to meet with his party, Alex saw Bell with someone on his side. However, Alex narrowed his eyes looking at his identity.

"A deity inside the dungeon?"

Alex said in surprise which caught the attention of Bell and the god beside him. As Alex was becoming confused why was a god was inside a dungeon when they were forbidden to enter, Bell's voice was heard by him.

"Ohh, Alex. We've been worried about you since yesterday because we couldn't find you."

Bell said in a tone of worry as after Alex left the spar, none of them were able to meet him after saying that he wanted to rest. Before Alex could reply, he heard the deity's voice.

"So you're Alex the Crimson Flash. The child of Lord Kronos."

His orange eyes narrowed, sweeping over Alex.

"Yes, that would be me."

Hearing him reply, his eyes seemed to smile.

"The name's Hermes. Nice to make your acquaintance."

Hearing his name, Alex now knew what's the reason why he felt something unexplainable but ominous premonition from his situation. It was because a god was inside the Dungeon which was a violation of the rules.

Knowing this, the two of them made a handshake. Hermes was like a friendly deity in his first impression.

'As expected of the God of Messengers.'

Alex thought in his mind as he raised his vigilance now seeing a god inside the dungeon. He prepared himself as he didn't know how the dungeon would react about this.

Sensing the vigilance of Alex, Bell made a confused expression while Hermes simply chuckled as he knew why.

"Unexpected things happen...like you saving Bell, a record holder like you. Well, I was shocked when I heard that."

The gentlemanly god smiled coyly as he spoke. Knowing why Alex was becoming vigilant, Hermes explained why he was here.

He had intentionally descended into the dungeon with the patron deity of Bell in an attempt to save her dear follower and his companions. Willfully defying the set statuses of the guild.

All gods and goddesses have a special aura but the two of them were concealing it right now.

Aura...The way the people of the lower world will know that the person standing right in front of them is a deity. Generally speaking, deities aren't allowed in the dungeon.

Hearing him, Alex nodded in understanding. As he was about to reply, Hermes spoke but with a strange excitement on his face.

"Now should be good."

Hermes nods to himself as he whispers those words.

"Bell and Alex, would you join me for a moment?"

They were still at the camp but Hermes had a serious look on his face. He keeps his voice low, as if trying not to be overheard.

"It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that I came to the dungeon for this. I've been waiting for this moment. We boys are finally alone for...THIS."

Seeing his demanor, Alex and Bell thought that he must have something important to talk about. At least, that's what they were getting from how he's acting. His eyes looking ahead without blinking.

"Join me."

Hermes says as he starts to move. Following the deity, no one was able to notice them leaving the camp and enter the forest.

"Um, Lord Hermes. Where are we going?"

Bell asked while Alex was following in silence. Following the god that was not slowing down, Alex felt that something's not good is about to happen.

They were pretty deep in the forest now. There's no one anywhere near, so it be safe for them to talk about anything.

"...This already looks good." Says Hermes as he stops in front of a tree. The trunk and branches look very strong and sturdy. Hermes suddenly starts climbing. It looks for Alex that Hermes has done this a few times. He uses his long arms and legs to work his way up to the trunk.

"Now, guys, get up here." Bell responded to his call and started climbing while Alex simply threw a dagger beside Hermes and instantly appeared in it. Three people climbing a tree in a middle of nowhere, sure is a very bizarre scene.

'Hmmm. I can hear a waterfall.'

Alex narrowed his eyes, wondering what Hermes wanted to lead them. Feeling the two uncertain gazes, Hermes gives a very manly grin, then jerks up his chin.

"We've come this far. You two should've figured it out by now—We're peeping."

"?!"

Bell froze as Alex sighed.

"All those girls are taking a bath, you know. It's practically our duty to have a look. Don't you think?"

"Not even a shred of guilt!"

"I'm the best aren't I?"

"Please don't be proud of yourself."

Hermes laughed at Bell. He exactly knows what he was doing and he's not hesitating at all.

"This is wrong— let's turn our back. Hermes~sama! We shouldn't be here...?"

"Bell, top class adventurers will hear us if you make too much noise."

He cups his hand over the mouth of Bell and points down. Looking at where he was pointing, a group of heavily armed female adventurers were seen. They were keeping an eye in the forest.

Bell backed away from his hand but Hermes had a smile that is absolutely radiant. Alex had never seen a perverted smile looking so appealing.

"This is bad. They'll definitely tear us into pieces if we're found out."

Alex spoke mostly to himself then he heard Hermes.

"You're pitiful Bell. Just behave well like Alex. Peeping is a part of a man's romance."

"...Man's romance?"

Looking at all the wet and naked girls below, Alex sighed once again as he spoke.

"If this is what we came for, I'm sorry Hermes~sama but I had no intention of dying this way."

Alex didn't even glanced back as he returned on their way back. He didn't forget that some of those girls were stronger than him and he was not risking to die because of peeping as that would be a humiliating reason for death.

Seeing Alex left without hesitation, Hermer simply smiled on continued on peeping.

"Let's go back, Hermes~sama!"

Wanting to follow Alex, Bell leaned forward as he wanted to pull Hermes away from the waterfall.

"Hey, if you move around too much..."

Just then, the branch beneath them cracks and starts moving up and down. The large branch that has been supporting their weight breaks. Hermes managed to shift his weight to an adjoining branch but Bell was off balance and on two feet. Whoop—

"Daaahhhh!"

Alex who had descended to the ground turned back and looked above as he caught a glimpse of Bell falling to the water. Splash! The sound of water exploding as Bell made an impact.

Seeing the current situation, Alex thought.

"Bell Cranel. May your soul rest in peace."

Alex said his condolence in advance. Unlike Hermes, Alex wasn't really into continuing the peeping session. It wasn't like he had no interest but with his Sharingan, he had already saw everything in the stream so he had no reason to continue and chose to avoid being in trouble.

While the girls were merrily taking their time, all of a sudden, something came plummeting down from the sky with a high pitched shriek.

It fell right in the center of the water in which Ais and the others were bathing. Ais is standing with her back to the waterful, hugging her body to hide her chest. Her chest are a light shade of red.

Water is dripping from her wet golden hair tracing its way all the way down to her legs. Bell's face grew hot it was as though a fever has taken hold of his body.

The elven mage who was on a look out, Lefiya's face too, turned a deep scarlet.

He'd seen her. He'd seen the naked body of her golden haired, golden swordsman that she admired.

He had witnessed every inch of that gorgeous body, so beautiful that it outrivaled even the gods. A body that belonged to her most cherished, most adored, most revered woman in the whole world.

Bell and Lefiya. The former of whom was currently dying in embarrassment while the latter was currently bubbling over with rage.

"You—bastaaaaaaaaard!!"

"S-SOOORRRRYYY!!!"

Bell immediately launch out of the water and race past the look outs in the blink of an eye. The guards were quick to follow, outstretched their fingers to grab the white-haired rabbit from all sides but Bell was faster.

In an instant, Bell was gone.

Unadulterated fury squeezed out of Lefiya's lungs as she gave chase. Ais and the others were still in the pool, stand there in shock. Bell was too fast. The rabbitlike speed granted by his sheer terror was enough to surpass the difference in level.

The intensity of this humiliation had triggered a limit off.

"—Unleashed beam of light, limb of the holy tree. You are the master archer, loose your arrows fairy archers. Pierce, arrow of accuracy!!!"

It was at this moment, the Loki Familia saw something. Lefiya was chanting faster than ever. It was the fastest she's ever casted a spell in her entire life.

"Lefiya stop!!"

"You'll gonna kill him!"

"He'll burn right up!!"

The other guards shouted as they began to catch up with her. The magic she was currently weaving was at level 5 with the pure, rage built up behind it. A spell that could instantly kill him.

While the others tried to desperately save the level 2, white rabbit from a swift and certain death, with his newly heightened senses, Alex heard what took place as the commotion was loud. Thinking about what would happened to Bell, Alex wondered that this might be the bad premonition he felt yesterday.
