Is this too Overpowered for wishes?

Wish 1: All of Gilgamesh's powers including Gates of Babylon[GOB] [Basically summoning infinite heroic weapons] [EA]: A legit world ender heroic Noble Phantasm.

Wish 2: Mystic Eyes of Death Perception

Wish 3: The ability to steal all of the Gods, Demons, Dragons, Devils, Overlord, Necromancer powers from multiple Isekai like Overlord and even stealing Zeus power from Danmachi and even containing a Boosted Gear from Highschool DxD. Or Annihilation Maker from Highschool DxD.

Basically yeah MC will be OP as fuck if this happen but he will get his wishes later on and start with the Hentai System level 1. He will have all his wishes but they won't be fully awakened yet until he reaches a certain level in his [ Hentai System]

Anyways let me know what other Powers and Wishes MC should have. remember MC will be reborn as a darker and more evil Bell.
