Show of Force

*Clang Clang Clang Clang!*

Our blades reinforced with Armament Haki clashed into one another with such speed and ferocity that the wind was whipping around us from our slashes that the ground and buildings surrounding us were getting damaged from this fight.

*Cling!*

Our blades are locked together as we are pushing on one another while a grin plasters my face, "You know I'm quite proud of you, you achieved something I didn't think would be possible while learning on your own with the knowledge I provided you without someone guiding you along the way!" I say before breaking the lock up of our blades as we continued to attack.

"Of course! I was considered a prodigy of my tribe! I quickly learn anything that can make me stronger as a result, but I must say this Haki was the most difficult training I had ever been put through in my entire life!" She said back with a wicked smile on her face as we kept exchanging blows while the buildings in the nearby area were falling apart from our battle.

The Capital Police and the Royal guard had come to see what was happening but seeing that Esdeath was currently in battle with someone they did the smart choice and kept everyone and everything away from the battlefield so no civilians, guardsmen or soldiers would get caught inbetween and turned into sliced pieces of meat as a result.

"So how are you going to beat me? Your beloved Teigu won't do anything to me at this rate, and the fact is I haven't even shown you what I look like when I'm serious now have I?!" I say as I break her guard and step back as I sheathe Yamato and hold it at my side before taking a deep breath before disappearing before her very eyes.

Her eyes in return widen as a result before she barely can dodge my first attack before being forced to counter my second and my subsequent attacks after that while she was forced to focus a majority of her Armament Haki into her body as many of my slashes she couldn't perfectly block against as it cut through her clothes and into her skin through she used her ice to freeze her open wounds closed as a result.

But it wasn't nearly enough as she was being overwhelmed by the unending onslaught of my attacks that were damaging her more and more by the second as the wounds were beginnings to get much deeper as a result.

Not wanting to lose so quickly she had no choice but to pull out her ultimate trump card!

"Mahapdama!"

*BWWWWOOOOOMMMM TICK TICK…. TOCK*

Suddenly the entire battlefield, nay the entire world within her eyes came to a complete and utter standstill as she moved back to catch her breath.

"Haaa…. Haaa…. Haa…. Fuuuu…." She caught her breath completely before looking and seeing where I was which she saw was me caught frozen in mid attack.

"You are the most powerful man I have ever met Hifumi that your the only one that has ever pushed me to use my Ultimate Trump Card of Mahapdama to freeze time over…." She said as she walked around me to get behind me.

"But now let's see if you can stop me when I cut those legs off, but don't worry I'll have them reattached as I nurse you back to health." She says as she draws her sword back but-

*Creak Creak Creak*

Hifumi's head ever so slowly began to move as he turned to look at her, shocking her to her core as coughed up a bit of blood.

"Damn…. Time resumes." She mutters as time slowly came out of its frozen state as her and my blade crashed against one another before simultaneously forcing each other back.

"Ugh!….. Haaaa…. Haaa…. Haaa…." Esdeath fell to her knee with her sword planted in the ground as she was feeling very tired after using her trump card where as I was still standing but I was also breathing heavily as well.

"Huuuu….. Stopping time Huh?….. Your the first person to ever use a power like that against me you know?…. And I always wondered What it would feel like when used against me, but unlike everyone else I'm not a sleeping slave under its effects, and while I could barely move at all at first, towards the end I regained my movement enough to stop you." I go onto explain, even though I myself was surprised I could move in stopped time.

And it was all due to the powers of the Spiral that flows within me, while not on the level of Multigalatic levels yet the power stored within my body is at the level of a galaxy itself, people with the powers of time stop do not freeze there entire universe as a result with them being the center of it all, at most when one freezes time it effects the solar system they inhabit if I'm being generous or just the planet and moon(s) that surround it if I'm being realistic.

While yes it will freeze my movements it doesn't mean I'm unaware of my surroundings as I let the Spiral energy spin within me so that I can regain my ability to move as a result of my frozen time and be able to fight back.

I believe that the more powerful I become with my spiral powers, the less effective time manipulation itself will overall effect me unless it reaches intergalactic or universal scale levels of time stops, but only real gods with time as there domain can cause something on that grand of scale, and that would be them going all out as a result, at least in my head.

"This battle is over Esdeath, your ice can't hurt or effect me and I can tell you can only use that power once a day at most, so it's best if you give up now." I say as I have my sword pointed at her neck.

"…." She didn't say anything but her silence said it all, her powers were useless against me and her Haki was overall weaker than mine, so seeing that I put away my sword before I went up to her and held out my hand.

"…. Haaa…. I guess I still have more to learn…." She sighed as she grabbed at my hand as I lifted her up.

I snapped my fingers as the buildings began to be remade all around us, "Alright now let's go set up my store and after that I'll tell you all about me and my story." I said as we began to walk away further into the Capital.

And for the citizens they could sigh in relief that the battle was over with no lives lost as a result.
