Choose a Publishing Company & Wait…. This Story is a Part of My World Too?!

"There, that should do it." I stretched out and yawned, it took several hours to finish the three first chapters for Food Wars! And the two chapters for Crazy Crazy Love to set the setting of the world along with both hero's goals, To be one of the greatest Chefs in the world and the other with the desire to just live a normal life for once.

But man that subskill was fantastic to get, it was more useful for Food Wars! For now but it will be helpful later on in the story of Crazy Crazy Love and the mystery around Iseri Shuichi's dark past and the wounds that cover his body and why he is mute to everyone while his inner monologue is active but is unable to say it externally due to the costs of his past that removed many parts of himself from his body as a result.

"I hope people find it interesting, but I feel that it will ultimately be Overshadowed by Food Wars, though maybe it will get almost or even the same amount of attention as Food Wars…. I won't get my hopes that high though, if people come to love it then that's is good enough for me, though I hope people like it enough where they won't force me to drop it though." I stretch and get up to relax as by now it was 8 at night and I had eaten both the proper lunch and dinner provided for me before I began to search up on the many publishing companies that were currently looking for new Mangaka's.

"Shonen Jump, Monthly Shonen Gongon, Shueisha, and several others but really only those three are interesting for me to choose, two are real ones where as Monthly Shonen Gongon was actually not from my world…. I think? I don't know all of the Manga Publishers off the top of my head, I didn't buy every manga from every manga publisher that ever existed so I don't know, hey Shinigami?" I turn to ask which has Shinigami pop up right by me as she was eating some…. ice cream?

"Yeah? You need something?" She said as she licked it before tossing it up in the air and eating the ice cream and the cone whole.

"…. I'm gonna ignore that, anyway I got to ask was Monthly Shonen GonGon real back in my world? Or does it only exist in this world?" I ask.

"Hmmm let me check my Book of Stories." She says as she pulls out an encyclopedia sized book from somewhere and flips to the section of 'Locations in Manga/Anime' under 'Mo' and looked it over.

"Let's see…. Hmmm…. Ah here it is, Monthly Shonen GonGon was the manga publishing company for the 4-Koma manga and anime Mangaka-san to Assistant-san, so no it didn't exist in your world but only in that story, which is now a part of this world." She says as she closes the book and disappears again to go do…. Whatever she does when I'm busy.

"Mangaka-san to Assitant-san? Did I ever watch that?" I think as I look back into my memories to see if that sounds familiar to me, which it kinda does but the plot alludes me so I had to think about it.

I may have eidetic memory but it's not perfect, it only works if I see a certain character or I hear the name of the anime/manga to look back in my memories to remember it, though of course that only works if I ever read or watched it before as it won't do anything if I haven't obviously seen it before, probably while my eidetic memory is only level one.

"Oh now I remember, it's that guy who basically makes his manga all about panties all the time, it was pretty funny, and at least the original author didn't just make it the same gags all the time, although there were a lot of similarities at least they added in new characters to make things interesting at least enough for it to be made into an anime."

Thinking about it I have another idea for the third manga I should work on for this world, "I'm really surprised that this world has no JoJo in it, though if I do start work on it I'll just go up to part 3 to start and will add more when people beg me for it like Araki did back in my world that led him to make parts 4-6 and later on 7-9." I say to myself as I think what to do next, but it was time for bed so I changed out of my clothes into pajamas and went to bed with music playing in the background as I went to the land of dreams.

Soon morning came and what I was dreading to happen was happening now, I have to head off to school Ugh…. I'm in my last year of middleschool so I have to still go even if I really don't want to.

This is just Hifumi's middle school that he went to, Big Mountain Middle school(just made that name up), and well…. Hifumi didn't really have a good time there but it doesn't matter to me, I had bullies back in Highschool but after I got stronger they soon enough made them know their place and then they fucked off but since I'm not gonna see these people again I don't really care.

"Just get through middleschool, do your workouts and make your manga and you'll be ready for hopes peak next year with a completely new body." I say to myself before eating my prepared breakfast and packing my lunch before grabbing my bag and heading out for school.

It was half an hour away on bus so I made it early to school as I went to grab my shoes from my shoe locker and headed off to my third year class on the top floor of this three story building.

Though I wasn't the first in my class as I saw a quiet looking girl reading a book in the seat right in front of what people call the 'protagonist seat' which funny enough is my seat.

But what made me stop is who she was as my eyes widened in surprise when I saw who it was before me.

Wearing a dark girls uniform, wearing square glasses with her hair tied up into two twin tails that mirror both sides of her head, and no this wouldn't shock me as much if this WAS Toko Fukawa in front of me.

'Why…. Why is her story a part of my world too?!' I shouted internally as I knew who she was and the tragedy that she was a part of.

Her name is Saki Yoshida, the tragic heroine of one of the most depressing thing I had ever read, the story of Metamorphosis.

[Objective: Do everything in your power to change the fate of Saki Yoshida and to keep what happened to her from ever happening, how you do this is up to you, best course of action is to become her friend and help her gain confidence in her own looks so she has no need to change who she is, this will make it so those that ruin her life because of her beauty end up ruining her life before ultimately leading up to her demise]

I clench my fist and hold back my emotions, if this was anyone else and the system forced me into a quest like this I would be pissed, but this is different.

'She is such a pitiful girl…. I can't let her life get ruined like that! A fate like that…. No one deserves that!' And while people ended up like that in my old life if I can save someone from falling like that then I won't let that happen if I have the power to change it.

'Don't worry, I won't let the darkness of this world break you Saki, I promise you that….'
