Unexpected Rewards.

"Yes, and you are?"

As if feeling the coldness within Leo's gray irises, causing him to feel slightly uneasy, the man hurriedly shook his head before replying. 

"I apologize for my rudeness earlier. I'm Kristopher, and I came here due to the command from the mayor. He was calling all the core formation realm cultivators that helped repel those abominations."

Hearing this, Leo unfolds an understanding on his face. Although the coldness within his irises was still present, it had already reduced by a considerable amount when he gazed at the man in front. 

Shooting a glance at Angelica beside him and seeing her nod her head in comprehension, Leo then faced the man in the short distance, clearing his throat before advancing toward the direction of the wooden door. 

"Please lead the way."

Soon, after following the man for a couple of minutes, the familiar wooden house that he saw when he first arrived at the town entered his vision.
