Webnovel Spirity Awards
April 29th
This was the day that the Webnovel Spirity Awards would start. This WSA could probably mark the day that I'll write every day. Unlike my other work, "Lunaria".
But like any other day in Ramadhan, I woke up early. And like any other Muslims, the reason was for suhoor.
Today, I had "Pentol" for suhoor. Pentol is an Indonesian dish made with bits of pieces of meat, added with starch flour.
After I had my suhoor, I drank my medicine. Then I waited for Fajr's adhan. Afterward, I prayed Fajr and went to sleep.
I slept for a while like yesterday. By the time I woke up, it was already around 9:15 AM. I got up to brush my teeth since I had forgotten earlier.
Then I wrote. I wrote this, chapter three, known as April 29th. After a while, I stopped since the day was still long.
Then it was time for Friday's prayer. The mosque was literally in front of grandma's house. Because of that, all I had to do was walk two to three meters.
After prayer, I turned on my laptop since it was about time for the Webnovel Spirity Awards to start. Since I had nothing else to do, I opened discord to see what was going on.
I waited with the other authors in discord. While waiting, some authors gave out some insightful info. But It is currently 14:45 and it still has not started yet.
Afterward, I opened discord to see two authors interacting with each other. One had asked a question everyone was asking and the other answered with an answer I was intrigued by.
"So WSA is having issues?" asked an author.
"I think they'll change the date? I mean, they took down the post on Instagram regarding the WSA today," replied another author.
I was perplexed. Even if I had been on the platform for three years, it was going to be my first ever time entering WSA. And honestly, I'm just participating for the role.
"I'm just going to read something as I wait for WSA," I said in my head as I turn on my phone.
After that, I read a manhwa which is called "Max level newbie", something along the lines of that. I read that as the clock still goes on, hoping for WSA to start soon.
It was around 15:20 that I had been informed WSA had started. I quickly opened inkstone to get my book title in. After that, I put my first two chapters on a timer, set to 21:00 my time.
After a while, I shut down both my laptop and my eyes. Just kidding, I went to play with my two little cousins who came over earlier in the day.
We played around until iftar came. As always, I broke my fast with a cup of tea. Then I ate some bread so that I can consume my medicine afterward.
We ate Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) for dinner. While eating, I found a show that was starring Johnny Depp while I scrolled through the television channels. It was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Then the time to pray for tarawih had come. We prayed the usual eight and later went home. When I got home, my other cousins came to visit.
The younger one that had come jumped straight at my laptop just to play Minecraft. This made me unable to write until he let go.
Played around for a little while, all until we each held a phone in hand. Truly a sad sight. So, I opted for a solution. I turned back on my laptop and put on "Hotel Transylvania" on Netflix.
Sat down the youngest on my lap to watch while another two were playing behind us. They were having fun until they have to depart, which was three minutes ago. At 21:55.
Well after this, I had to eat my medicine. Before that, I had to consume something. So, I consumed pastry then drank my medicine. I then brushed my teeth and slept.
