Chapter - 12 The Dead and Dream's world (3)

They say he's omnipotent, powerful enough to rival all the 15 rulers. If he was the apostle of the past King, I can't imagine how strong he/she must have been.

[Now then, let's start.]

It might be my vision messing up eveything here, my view of him was like a mountain slowly engulfing me. He pointed his finger at me, with sudden wind pressure thrusting towards me. All it took was his finger too completely destroy everything behind me.

"Keugh!" rayne yelled.

My only chances are either running away, which will definitely fail, or I try.... theres nothing else in my head!

My adrenaline pumped up a lot, which suprisingly made me jump right to his face. With the weapon in hand I lead an attack with sound compulsion, which enabled more brutal force.

The apostle takes it head on like it's nothing and stares at Rayne with a dark glare, making him forced to the ground.

[In times like these people panic causing them to either make quick solutions or be completely lost.]

"L-look I reall-"

[That's enough talk]

In an istant, he shrinks to atleat somehwere between 9'ft tall. He comes into sight right front of me, squeezing his hand lifting a blow directly to my hip. While it was the most painful moment I've ever experienced, I tried to land a strike to him, which in the end did absolutely nothing at all.

[Rose what do you want me to do with him?]

"I don't just torture him or something." Those words that came out of her mouth terrified me. The thought of being tortured, over and over again.

[Hmm... Lucifying Pain]

Words that felt power within them hit me deep. My ears were filled with excruciating noises that made my ears bleed. Chronos said it would work... but in the end, I'm just getting devoured by this guy.

"That's enough don't you think?"

Well, Speak of the devil.

[Ah... Chronos, what brings you here]

"Stop now, all he wants to do is leave, you're ruining the environment with that noise."

[My apologies, but I can't stop]

"Well, if you don't that's fine. Though I'm warning you."

[What's there to warn me about Chronos]

"If I were to tell... what if he's a person somehow related here?

A sudden question that made the apostle have a quick pause. Somehow related here... what's he even talking about in the first place?

[Quit it with that dumb brain of you'res]

"I mean, how else would he have gotten here? He's never committed a sin nor has he been stuck in his lifelong slefish dreams. Those are the necessities for entering this."

"He can't just enter like that, that's inpossible. Of all people you should know that."

If he's somehow provoking him to let me free, it might be working.

[You may be right, but I have to check don't I]

Huh, what's he saying... so his story wasn't made up? what do I have anything to do with this place. [Get up] the apostle orders with a chilling aura.

"You're lucky, if it turns out he's wrong I'll just kill you myself." Rose yells with an unsettling expression.

It's like they didn't care about anything that just happened. Am I the only that's scared...

Considering what I went through, it would be normal to be terrified.

[My leige, who was the past ruler, went missing and ended up dying by one person. And one day I was to meet that person a long time ago, but he hadn't come. I Later found out he went missing as well, but now that you're here who knows what might happen]

"Are you dumb headed by chance?" says Rose with an irratated voice.

"Huh? what are you saying, what does that have to do with anything?" Rayne questions in an ugly manner.

We stopped at an area with a large seating chair in front. From the looks of it, must be his throne.

[Now, tell me. Rayne, do you personally know my leige]

"H-huh no."

[Hmm... I don't know how this works but, I'll try manifesting you're rotten Core Chain and leak it out. Maybe then will I know]

He cuts his skin, dropping blood which flows over too me like a leech. The blood which rosms around my neck region breaks it out casuing an outbreak.

[Wow, what a dreadful sight]

It wans't painful, just frighting. Knowing what's about to come and take over you, having no control whatsoever.

"W-what is that, on top of his head?!" Chronos aggressively questions.

[Not sure, it may possibly be the 'LN'. I'm forbidden from saying it's full name]

"Haah!..." Rayne exclaims with a shortage of breath.

"Why?! wat was that?"

[Look, you may have a 2% possiblity of being related but theres still a 98% chamce you're not. But because of that 2% I can let you leave, though you will have 3 curses inflicted in you, due to me violating this world's rules]

"As long as I leave, I don't care."

I desperately wanted to leave, it's been 3 days since I've been here.

This was all new to me, and I'm sure I have a lot more to know. This is probably not even the quarter of the information I need. Only way of surviving is by adapting.

The "Navigaters" that roam in the sky, and all the 15 Rulers know that when a person leaves this world or not. Once you're known, you're tracked down by all them.

Leaving this place will pit me in massive danger.

"Rose are you not leaving as well?" rayne questions with a hint of curiosity.

"I... can't leave, so I have try to find another way."

"Ah I see, good luck with that."

"Will he really leave?" chronos asks with serious doubts.

[He will, but his life will be more crucifying than before, it's the 7'th king I'm worried about]

Once he knows, he wont let loose.
