DNA Results

Amaya's P.O.V:

I opened my eyes and found myself at the hospital, Celeste is asleep beside me. My head hurts and I feel dizzy so I relax myself first by closing my eyes. Maybe I got overwhelmed by the lights. I feel Celeste is moving and she panicked. "Are you awake Amaya?" She asked worriedly and I nodded. She immediately calls the doctor.

"Wait up don't move too much I will call the doctor." She said and I heard her calling on the hospital phone. "You are sleeping for two days. I'm so worried about you." She said almost crying so I opened my eyes and smiled at her. "I'm fine now. Don't worry." I assured her and hold her hand. "Amaya don't do it again you scared me." Celeste cried. She must be very scared.

"Shh, it's fine Celeste I'm sorry to make you worry." I calmed her down and she wiped her tear. "How was the progress for my son and my mom?" I asked her. "It's not yet confirmed if Lycoon is still with your mom or if she already gave him to Kenshin." She told me the news. "But one of your mother's friends told us that she saw your mom in Singapore." She reported to me. "What is she doing there?" My eyes widen in shock.

I feel so worried for her. "Calm down and let the doctors check you first." She said and the doctors came in. The doctors checked my health if I was in good condition. "For now your vitals is in good condition. But we will run tests on you to make sure." The doctor said. "Thank you, Doc." I thanked her and she take her to leave alongside the others.

"Now please continue," I told Celeste and she took a deep breath. "There are rumors that your mom is hiding from a big loan shark syndicate." Celeste lowered her voice. My whole system feels rushed with fear and worries. "Why? Isn't the money I gave her enough?" I automatically cried because I feel useless as a daughter again.

Kenshin's P.O.V:

Today was supposed to be the first day of the interview for my life as a so-called Billionaire but the first meeting will be canceled as Amaya got hospitalized. The nurse from the DNA testing center also told me that the result is already out and we can view it anytime I tell them so I immediately canceled all my meetings and get back to my house. It's already quarter to four so the streets are busy again.

When entered the living room I saw Ran and Sukoh waiting for me along with the result keeper. "Where's Lycoon?" The first question I had. "Ken and Emily took him out in the park." Ran answered me. Sukoh looks more worried and nervous than I do. "Hey, Sukoh why do you look so gloomy?" I asked him already feeling nervous because of him.

"Come on the results are already here. There is no reason to calm down." Sukoh answered that the result keeper and Ran laughed at him. "Shouldn't it be Kenshin who should feel all nervous?" Ran said. Sukoh just looks at us as if telling us he's not in the mood for joking so Ran and I just laugh.

"Okay, let's get this done Nurse. So this guy won't have to feel so nervous." I told the nurse and he nodded. "Here is the result Mr. Kenshin." The nurse said and hand me the envelope which I immediately opened. "Congratulations Mr. Kenshin you are Lycoon's hundred percent biological father." The nurse Congratulate me and my smile widens as I heard and read the result. I want to almost jump in happiness that finally all my worries have been taken away.

Ran and Sukoh also feels delighted at the result. Sukoh ruffles my hair and speaks. "Congratulations Shin. The result is worth the wait. Sukoh said and his face is already softened. "This is calling out for a celebration." Ran said happily. "Congrats bro." He added. "Sure. Wanna join us too?" I asked the nurse.

"I'm afraid that even if I wanted to join sir, I have to leave your house early as I still have duties." The nurse refused politely. "I see then I'll just have a food service for the whole staff on your duty," I told him. "That's so thoughtful of you sir, thank you so much." He thanked me. "Thank you too for helping me." I thanked him too and I accompanied him as he takes his leave.

As I go back inside the house I saw the two morons busy calling the whole gang for celebration. "What the two of you busy of?" I asked. "We are inviting everyone here," Sukoh answered. "I see but can you handle the party for me Sukoh? I just have to go and check on something with Ran." I told him. "Sure. Are you going to buy a gift for Lycoon?" He asked. "Yes, made sure they come back too," I answered and pull Ran with me.

"What's with the errand?" Ran asked me with his brows frowned. "I heard Amaya got hospitalized I wanted to check on her," I told him and he automatically gave me a smirk. "What the f dude," I told him and smack him on the head. "Of course, she's my son's mother," I told him. "Really that's all?" He mockingly asked me.

"Yes, yes so helped me sneak into the hospital," I answered and with that, we headed to the hospital. As soon as we reached the hospital Ran put on his most famous smirk and flirtatiously lean closer to the nurse at the information desk and with a matter of seconds Ran got the room number of Amaya. Ran gave it to me.

We go upstairs immediately and he flirts with the nurse in charge heaven knows what happened to them but I took the opportunity to check on Amaya because it's not visiting hour and outsiders are really prohibited at this moment. Amaya is sleeping like a goddess on a hospital bed soundly. Her face looks a little pale but her beautiful face is still noticeable. I checked on her to make sure she was doing good.

"What makes you sick? Is it because of our son? Get healthy immediately and come to me. I'll let you see him." I said while caressing her face. "Get well soon kitty," I told her even though she can't hear me. I saw her opening her eyes so I immediately run outside her room and look for Ran. He was at a nurse's quarters and was about to finish his business so I waited outside.

After he finishes he went out and got shocked to see me. "Done?" He asked me and I nodded. "How about you? Satisfied?" I smirked and he laughs. "Pretty wild for today's craving." Ran answered and we went out of the hospital.
