Fate's done messed up

It was fairly clear that fate did not like his arrival on this landmass as the winds picked up and the temperature dropped even lower. 'velkhana? seriously? i literally just ate though' alex complained as he turned to look at the ice covered blue dragon that had just shown up. she was just as arrogant looking as in the games though it was clear from the look in her eye how cautious she was of alex. the elder couldn't be blamed for this however since alex hadn't bothered to restrict his overwhelming power which surpassed every other elder in every element.

At the same time however velkhana as a species had only ever known frost and ice in it's surroundings so the greenery growing around alex interested the elder greatly. alex had no problem killing this elder normally but he was still digesting the bambaro and couldn't feel any hostility from it so he merely ignored her presence. a loud boom of thunder without any warning was what greeted the velkhana as she began to cautiously approach alex who simply left. 'a clever plan if i was a normal monster but fate clearly doesn't realize that i have the mind of a man so i have no interest in such a thing.' he thought as he sat on a cloud far away.

Indeed fate wanted to try and join alex to velkhana so when freya eventually kills it he would turn on her. this ploy however failed due to the lack of information alex explained about himself and since he was never part of it's plan fate had no other source of information outside what he shared. alex was enraged at this action on fates end and directly went to the location of shara ishvalda which was the origin isle.

The vibrations caused by this elder were what caused the events of most of the iceborn dlc as it destabilized the lands nearby. according to fates plan freya would only find the thing after a fairly long string of investigations before killing it. fate had decided to try and manipulate alex however so he was about to give it a large and loud warning. to be specific high above shara ishvalda in the clouds alex was pumping out huge amounts of water and ice above him in a massive iceberg the size of which dwarfed the origin isle.

Alex's whole plan was to effectively nuke the elder with the two elements it was weakest against killing it and sinking the origin isle at the same time. if anything could be a huge blow to fate then ruining it's entire story by erasing the big bad and the place of such huge importance definitely did so. 'you've been warned!' alex roared startling shara as it finally looked up at the source of the challenge only for its eyes to narrow at the massive iceberg tore through the air blotting out the sky above it.

The rock covered elder tried to save itself and it's home but the sheer volume of alex's attack left no room for salvation and the entire world shook as the attack impacted the origin isle. alex could feel the suppression of the world intensify multifold as the aftershocks of his near apocalyptical attack rumbled throughout the entire planet with tidal waves and earthquakes devastating it everywhere as the plates shifted violently. most of humanity was ironically spared death thanks to their anti elder dragon preparations. the people of the relatively nearby astera merely relocated to alex's nest atop the sturdiest thing nearby , the massive tree.

The sheer death toll of monsters and even the unlucky few people was up in the millions as a direct result of alex's actions but no one knew this except fate itself that understood the warning in this action perfectly. how could this primordial force not understand the message when rather than needing to make small tweaks to it's plans to accommodate alex's actions it now had to redo the entire thing thanks to the catastrophic damage alex did to literally everything. "fuck with me and suffer" was the message and fate could only grit it's teeth and agree lest alex actually kill everything on the planet.
