Irreversibly Mad

The air of acrimony floated around, making the atmosphere heavy with wrath and anger.

"I just confirmed it, she's not in the castle." Korden's distillate voice rang out.

A quiet sigh fled Cesarean lips.

"A maid was found unconscious in the yard, and her clothes were exchanged." Korden informed.

"No wonder her escape was flawless." Said Cesarean.

"How long has she been in Avalon?" He queried.

All eyes went to an outraged Servyn whose attention was stolen by the piece in his hold.

"Two years." His reply rolled off automatically without gyrating to them. Showing that his mind was both present and absent in their conversation. No one knows what was running in his cruel mind.

"Two years." Korden mumbled with squinted eyes.

"Then perhaps, where was she for the past sixteen years of her life?" It was a reasonable question Cesarean brought forth. Which also got Servyn thinking. "Something about her does not come across normal."
