Chapter 5- Death wish

Fear is a natural, powerful, and primitive human emotion. It involves a universal biochemical response and a high individual emotional response. Fear alerts us to the presence of danger or the threat of harm, whether that danger is physical or psychological.

As soon as that man's voice reaches everyone's ears they shiver with fear. Suddenly a voice interrupts this comment, "No." The oldest monk then continues "She is far more powerful than anyone who would step up to help us." Meanwhile in the room, The curse who was hiding just above the door slowly comes down to the point where they both are standing face to face. "I really didn't expect anyone to be that calm in front of me, well your eyes are closed and does that symbolizes that you're scared or hiding something?" Nozomi stays silent not even giving him the satisfaction of her expressions. This enrages the curse and he throws his knife's cover in poison which is strong enough to kill an elephant in a second. The speed was surprisingly very fast also keeping the confined area in mind, the speed wasn't slow at all. During the short period between the throwing of the knives and them reaching Nozomi, The curse giggles with excitement.

Nozomi smirks and before the knives could reach her they stop midair. The speed at which they were thrown was so fast and powerful that everything near it suffered a strong gust of wind created by the sudden stop that the knives were put to. Such a result nonplused the curse. "What.." The cursed muttered under his breath. The knives floating midair just a few inches away from Nozomi's face suddenly fall to the ground. This makes the curse shiver, "This can't be."

Nozomi slowly moves her right hand and for the first time, the curse notices something on her wrist. "Th-the mark!" Nozomi lifts her hand and stops it in front of the curse's face showing the mark. The curse notices the cursed ability mark gradually appearing. "What have I gotten myself into?!" The objects randomly lying around start to float and the curse finds itself unable to move. "No no no! wait! this can't happen." The curse tries to move but can't. The power Nozomi holds is so overwhelming for the curse that the tips of his hands and legs began to burn. Nozomi finally speaks, "I'd like to end your suffering if you allow me to." with that three long wooden sticks floating behind her turn towards the curse, and in front of the three wooden sharp sticks, Nozomi says, "Now if I have the honor to, I'd like to take your life." and with that, The three sharp wooden sticks move towards the curse, the speed was incredibly fast for anyone to be able to stop it. The sticks stabbed straight through the curse's head, hearth, and torso killing him instantly.

Nozomi turns while the curse still continues to burn and fades away like no one was even there. She heads straight for the back area of the room and a small area behind some boxes. There was where she found the small kid, she moves her fingers in a way insinuating the chains to break and free the small kid. Before the kid's unconscious body could even move, Nozomi again moves her hands but this time insinuated for the kid to be held up by a mysterious force almost like flying.

She calmly walks toward the door, meanwhile, the old monk continues, "There is nothing so far known about her, she's the most mysterious person ever known to The Agency Tec." Everyone standing there looks at the monk and for a second they all seem to forget that they are right in front of a curse and only a door away from it. The door suddenly opens and that particular room being old also made some scary and creaky noise.

Nozomi on the other hand reaches the door and happens to open it at the same time as everyone's zoning out. The sudden movement in front of them makes them jump in fright and fear, making one of them even squawk in fear, "AAAGHHHH! HELP!" making everyone around him aware of the situation but in reality, they all just let their brains take action on instinct. Nozomi standing there still as a rock with an expressionless face trying to process what just happened and also trying not to laugh at this silliness. After a minute or so when the seemingly frightened people realized that it is Nozomi who's out alive, they all calm down and slowly make their way towards the room, laughing like all they've got is on the line after this small misunderstanding. "Hahaha, I thought it was the curse." one of them says jokingly. Nozomi smiles and says, "I am awfully sorry for taking your leave so early but there is somewhere I need to be right now. I've rescued the kid and I assure you that the curse is now dead." This sentence makes everyone stand in shock and look at Nozomi like she has helped them with the biggest problem in their life. The kid who Nozomi saved was still unconscious. She hands the kids to one of the monks, "The kid is unconscious because of lack of proper food and excessive fear." The people standing there couldn't stop thanking Nozomi for her kindness and her great help.

The oldest monk smiles to himself and says, "I'll never forget this favor Nozomi, remember I will payback." To this Nozomi replies, " I am honored and don't worry about paying me back, It's all good but I must take your leave right now." They all nodded to show their respect towards Nozomi and with this, she starts to walk away from the temple, she quickly gains speed and this time it was hard to even notice where she started.

"Okay, the last thing left to do is now tackle the situation at Kiyoshi's place." Nozomi thinks to herself. Within no time she reaches the supposed crime scene. A crime is a deliberate act that causes physical or psychological harm, damage to or loss of property, and is against the law. There are lots of different types of crime and nearly everyone will experience a crime at some point in their lives. Crime affects people from all backgrounds, locations, and ages. In no time she reaches there, Nozomi calmly walks towards Harumi and asks her what all has been going on there "I do see a lot of people and this might be bad news as it'll be an open invitation for the Dark Mafia to locate Kiyoshi and Saski." Harumi agrees with Nozomi but asks her what they are supposed to do as the damage is very much visible and people aren't just going to stop talking about this. Nozomi agrees and asks Harumi to not let anyone upload anything anywhere and she'll go talk to the officials. Harumi nodded and starts to walk toward the people meanwhile Nozomi makes her way towards the officials to talk about this situation.

"Good morning Miss Arai, How've you been?" The lead-in charge of this case asks sweetly, "Never been better Mister Luke" Nozomi replied with a smile "Although I admit to being in some situation and I'd like to take about that to you" she continues and Mister Luke replies with a seeming interesting look on his face. "Okay sure, what is it that's troubling you?"

"As you already know that this circumstance is an open invitation to common people to judge the situation and that could put the boy's life in danger, Let me get one thing straight this was done because of a personal reason I believe and I hope that you're aware of the current situation of the Dark Mafia, arent you?" Nozomi finishes her sentence with a question, "Yes I do know about it. The new Mafia's boss and the 20 most powerfully curses." He replies "Very Well, and what'd you do if I tell you that these two different topics are related. The sudden appearance of the new boss with Kiyoshi's family getting attacked so brutally is connected with each other." This revelation leaves the officer in shock, "What?! so that means-" Before he could finish Nozomi does it for him, "That this will be the greatest nuisance than what we're expecting and disclosing such important information to the public would mean chaos and more deaths." This makes the officer stare into nothing but thin air wide-eyed trying to think how to tackle this situation, "So what do you want me to do?" he asks Nozomi and she replies, "Nothing much but I want this information not to be disclosed to the public it'll make the boys get more attention and it'll be easier to kill them then." The officer agrees but asks her how are they supposed to do that and for this question, Nozomi replies that she'll take care of it. "That'll be the first time I'll see you in action." The officer says and Nozomi replies, "So I'll try my best not to disappoint you." with a smile.
