{The 'ONE' I refers to the crown like structure that is revolving in your mind, to be exact in your Sea of consciousness}

{It is not a problem right now as it is only creating and emitting light and also illuminating your whole Sea of Consciousness, It is also calming and making very small change in the color of your spirit sea, making is abundant of pure and more transparent and impurities free)

{I could not pry any information about is as it only show 'ONE' if a put some effort into it}

"Ok If it is not to much of a nuisance then let it be there, when your main spirit body comes back to power, please help me with this crown at that time" 

{I don't think you need to mind it that much, and you just need to cultivate diligently and thoroughly and to have more understanding about this world}

{Gathering resources is a must in any society and the forest has abundant resources and also in doing so you can hunt powerful monsters as well}

As Vail was already doing that, he was hunting and gathering food all the time, when also listening to Trinetri's Explanation.

Now that he was in the Muscles tempering Realm, the energy needed to elevate his cultivation is quite much, the monsters that he is killing are stored in the sub space for later processing and the energy gathered from the hunt is stored all over his body.

"Trinetri, One more thing, You didn't tell me till now, what is Rank rank exactly." asked Vail as he is still little confused over this topic.

The forest has abundant resources that could be gathered over time, with the help of appraisal function, Vail have gathered some precious and unique things such as Agra wood, Custard Crystal, Calming Pearls, Fire Septum, Blue Night Sand, Azura Rose etc. 

[Agra Wood : Heat Resistant and Cold Resistant, is good to make Low level corundum to Concoct first rank elixirs and Pills]

[Custard Crystal : Useful to have preserve food for quite a long time]

[Calming Pearls : Helpful to have a quite and calming property and useful in meditation and during cultivation]

[Fire Septum : Have Burning property in them that are useful for blacksmiths]

[Blue Night Sand : Glass making sand, Glass made of this sand have the property to preserve Pill, medicines and elixirs alike] 

[Azure Rose : Gives Body Cultivator a boost in their cultivation and aid in removing impurities from the body]

As sub-space also have the property to froze time and helpful in preserving the goods, the resources gathered by Vail would have long lasting life as well.

"Trinetri, tell me, should I go deep into the Jungle, now that I made a little progress in the cultivation, I am confident in facing Rank 3 monsters as well" Said Vail with a serious face.

{Well you are in Muscles tempering Realm and the first and second rank monsters didn't bring that much energy as well, so you could go deeper but first you need to make a weapon for your self so just make a temporary weapon tonight and start your journey towards deeper part of the jungle next morning}

Vail looks towards the thorn as he raised it in front of his eyes and said, "Ok I guess you are right this thorn as it have been through a lot and in many tough conditions and it is about time for it to retire as well"

Vail sub consciously opened his appraisal ability as he was looking towards the thorn,

[Argentite Thorn : Grows on the Argentite tree and only one in every Ten years could reach its maturity and changes its color to Silvery White, Could be used by the blacksmith to make it more sturdy and balanced]

"Oh wow is is a material to make weapon" Said Vail excitedly. 

{You are not a Blacksmith Vail at least not now so you wont be able to use it as a material to make weapon}

Vial hung his head very low as he was sad for not able to make a weapon out of Thorn,

"Then Tell me how can I find a weapon or make a weapon for my self Trinetri"

{You don't need to find any weapon as you have Agra Wood just make a shield in two parts and attach it on your back and chest as well and you also have monster core from the rank 3 wolf monster, just crush it with the ores you have found earlier to a hammer of heavy weight}

{You don't need to be precise to make a hammer as the Rank 3 monster core is of fire nature it would burn all impurities presents in the Ore as well} 

{Then find a sturdy long stick and stick it in the amalgam of Ore to make a hammer}

"Ok I guess I can do that and why do I need to fond a Stick if a have Argentite Thorn, It is pointy as well and if I were to be careful then I could insert it into one end so that it could work well as a thorn and hammer at the same time"

Vail also stops todays hunt and start to head towards the Cave.

Todays hull was great as almost one third of the sub space is filled with different resources and there is extra meat as well.

He first starts the fire to make food and to digest todays excessive energy.

After eating enough food there is still half of it is remained so he also made jerky to eat next morning as he was going to venture deep in the forest and didn't know how long he can find a new safe location.

"Lets dig in, I am starving"

After he was done with all that he started to devour the meal.

Starts to cultivate at the same time. Muscles are pulsating and making sound like a rope is rubbing repeatedly to itself, Skin is also uneven sometimes it goes like a something is travelling underneath it and sometimes it is twitching, skin also goes full on red. 

After a long time the sun is already sets in the west, body makes a polp sound and then skin color starts return to its original shade. Vail opened his eyes and and find that he made a small breakthrough in Muscles tempering and now he has reached to the middle stage of muscles tempering realm.

He stretched his hands and feet and make a boxing stance and through one punch or two and jumped as well to remove the sourness in his muscles.

"Well, I fell like a Olympics athlete and could participate in several sports to get good rank as well" vail joked as he loosen his stance and open his fists.

"Lets make ourselves a Hammer Trinetri"

{Good first take out all the Ore and also use the biggest ore to crush the Rank 3 monster core}

"Hmm All of it is way too much right and could different type of Ore really can fuse with each other" asked Vail with a doubtful face.

{Yes the can fuse together and after fusion and removing of impurities there would only be enough to make a single hammer}

"Good to know"

Vail takes out the ore and start to crush the Core of rank 3 monster, after a session of forty five minutes it was possible to crush the core.

"Trinetri, you could have said how difficult it is to break a core is" Vail grumbled as he was soaking from the sweat after a long and hard manual work.

{It is necessary for you to do that as you are going to wield a hammer for now}

"Ok now what do i need to do."

{Just start the fire and through the core debris first and then through Ore one by one}

Vail follows the instructions, the ground also looked like a small lake of 1 feet diameter is formed and before long a molten liquid is in front of his eyes.

{Quickly insert the thorn in the middle of the mixture with a little force to make it through towards the other end}

Vail snorted as he put his strength in the thorn as he inserted it forcefully into the mixture of the Ores.
