Thud!
Lareth landed on the ground.
But he didn't act.
Silence filled the night as every gaze was directed at Aether.
The only sound was the sound of the pouring rain and the thunder roaring in the distance.
Aether stood in the rain, motionless. Blood poured out of all his orifices.
The golden glow around his body seemed to have weakened. That punch took a lot of strength out of him.
None could believe what they witnessed.
Rumble!
A thunder roared as lightning flashed in the sky, seemingly parting the sky.
Inside the house, Xander trembled.
He stood, his legs shaking and his heart trembling. His eyes wide in terror. Beside him was a large hole. A few hairs swayed in the air and slowly fell to the ground.
After he felt the power of Aether's punch, he decided to stay out of the battle until Aether was subdued. Thus, he remained in the house.
