A Month Later
Time flew by.
In a week's time, Alden managed to control the spiritual energy and coat his entire body in a bouncy spiritual energy coat while under the waterfall.
One day, Alden would practice spiritual energy control, and the other, he would spar with Aether and learn martial arts.
Occasionally, while Alden meditated or practiced his spiritual energy control, Aether would release his killing intent. As days passed, Aether lowered the intensity of his killing intent.
Alden has also gotten better at sensing the killing intent, but he still has trouble resisting it when faced with it in battle.
Alden's martial arts improved drastically in a short period of time. Every second day, after getting beat up by Aether, Aether would give him healing potions, and after recovering, they would practice martial arts.
