Finished going over the changes brought about by his breakthrough to the Perfection Realm in the Dao of Space, Xuan Hao felt that he should go out and search for more wandering cultivators similar to Pei Yang to join the sect and start making progress towards gathering the required Soul Ascension Realm Elders by the main sect quest.
Finding someone in the Dao Seed Realm would be preferable but it was unlikely considering that most Dao Seed Realm cultivators on the continent were either a part of a major power already or a member of an organization like the Explorer Union that was no weaker and possibly even stronger than some major powers.
The fact that he had even managed to find and recruit Pei Yang could be considered exceptionally good luck.
