Finding out about the history of the empty plain and how it had been established, Xuan Hao retracted his divine sense and dao domain as he felt himself relaxing his nerves. 

From the information that he had gathered about the different city states, the strongest people on the empty plain had only reached the Soul Ascension Realm, while most of the city states scattered across the plain were governed by powerful Domain Lord Realm Experts ranging between the Middle and Later Stages of the realm.

For this reason, whenever an especially powerful demon beast happened to pass through the empty plain, the people hidden away inside the different cities would either escape somewhere else or hide away underground and pray that the demon beast didn't notice them.
