Odette's POV

In the dream, a woman with vibrant red hair sat at her desk, her hair shining like a ruby under the lamp's light. Softly, I called out, "Mommy."

My mother looked up, revealing her breathtakingly beautiful face. As she saw me, her serious expression softened into one of warmth.

"Odette, come here," my mother beckoned, her familiar gesture. I rushed toward her, hugging her thigh tightly.

"Mom, I love you," I said with heartfelt sincerity.

"I love you too, Odette. How was school today?" she asked, her voice filled with genuine interest.

Looking up proudly, I replied, "It was great, Mom! The teacher said I did a good job."

"Really? That's wonderful, my girl!" My mother's eyes sparkled with pride as she scooped me up into her arms. She hummed a gentle tune, and I nestled my head against her neck, inhaling her comforting scent.
