The Alliance

Niki sighed as she calmed down before transforming back into her human self, she looked at me her eyes full of regret and pain at what she had done to me, "I am sorry, for what I did to you Crystal, and for what I tried to do to you Spazz. I felt trapped in my mind, like a mouse in a cat's mouth. I want to meet your wife to see what can be done with my issues." Niki came closer and knelt next to me, "I am so sorry Crystal for hurting you and not realizing it sooner, I hope you can forgive me, my friend." 

Spazz helped me to stand up while watching Niki as if expecting this to happen again but it was a malice-filled look it was concern for Niki, "Oh las, you are forgiven. I am not the one to worry about not forgiving you. I understand that you were trying to protect yourself and Crystal but, do understand that we are trying to keep you las's safe from other supernatural creatures that might be stronger than you three las's. And to help teach you about the world you have been thrust into, Niki not everyone wants to have sex with you, just because the Black Spirals Dancers did that to you doesn't mean everyone is out to get a piece of your ass, and not all supernatural creatures are evil. If you las's do find your mates let them protect you and you protect them. Now let us go get Tina and head away from here." 

Niki took hold of my hands a worried look in her eye seeking my words of forgiveness for what had just transpired, she looked almost like someone had kicked her heart around and toyed with it. "I am okay Niki do not worry about it. I forgive you Niki I promise." Niki looked a little hurt when I told her that before adding. "Niki, I will always be your friend no matter what happens to us even in death I will still be your friend."

Niki looked even sadder than before and she said, "I-I'm, sorry for almost killing you Crystal, why did you get in the way in the first place? Did you think at all that you might not make it if we didn't have someone who could heal or did you think oh I won't get hurt Niki will not hurt me?"

I stopped walking for a moment and looked back to Niki, "I didn't even think at the time Niki, I just could not bear the possibility of losing you. My body just acted on its own, I knew I would get hurt but I was willing to accept that as long as you came back to your senses, and guess what you did. It took a moment and me almost dying but you came around again and listened." 

 Niki sighed while shaking her head before saying in a quiet tone, "You never cease to amaze me, Crystal, how do you do it? how can you not think of yourself at all?" I simply shrugged and shook my head before replying. "I don't know Niki, I just do. i have always thought of others before myself." We both nodded to each other before hearing Spazz. " We should get a move on Las's we can't keep A'kreath waiting too long, let's get Tina and use the umbra." 

I looked up at Spazz and nodded to him before he opened the door of the Hot spring and said, "Tina, come inside the hot spring we are going to use a different way of leaving." Tina then came inside and she looked shocked at what happened to me I forgot my clothes were ripped open in the front and Tina looked around and found a robe in a chair and gave it to me to put on before she said, " Crystal, I will not judge Niki because I probably done worse but how did you heal so fast?"

I pointed at Spazz and said, "Spazz was the one who healed me from the attack, and thank you for not judging her Tina." I noticed Spazz was quiet the whole time, I moved around Tina to see what Spazz was doing as he touched the glass door and it rippled as if it was water. Spazz then turned toward us and said, " Okay, Las's it is time for us to leave, hold each other's hands, and one of you las's needs to hold my hand. We are going through the Umbra to get to the Alliance faster." 

I now felt like this was a fairy tale movie even after everything that had happened. Tina had grabbed one of my hands Niki had a hold of my other hand, and Tina held Spazz's hand before he walked through the rippling glass door, it looked as if the rippling door had engulfed him like water and right after Tina. As I walked through the same surface it felt so unnatural but it felt exactly like it looked, it was like lukewarm water washing over me and where we stepped out was a maze that Spazz quickly led us through, I barely had time to take in my surroundings all I could make out were shadows and some shapes but nothing more. Before I knew it we were standing outside a large mansion surrounded by large trees and beside us Stood a fountain with a statue of what looked like what Spazz turned into moments ago a rather suave-looking man with his arms crossed and both of them were standing back to back.

Before I could form any questions or another thought I heard a bark and a collar jingling. Niki had yelled out. " Look out!" by the time I turned around all I saw was fluff and felt the ground on my back as I looked up at a large wolf laying on top of me and staring at me panting. "Umm.... hello?"
