After they all got dressed, they took their bags and went out for their class. Becky went to her department and submitted her project while Elle was busy copying note in other to give it to Becky when she returned.
Becky came in with a bold smile spread all over her face. " and why are you smiling like you just won a Jack pot" Elle asked her still busy writing the notes. " well I got an excellent in my first project work..". she said while clapping and jumping like a child who has just seen Santa Cruz.
All eyes turned on her and she stopped instantly when she notices that they were all watching her. ". that is great to hear dear thumbs up". Elle said to make her friend super excited.
Peggy and her friends were passing by when they saw that Becky was jumping and laughing happily, they wanted to no what had made her super happy. so one of them decided to go and checked maybe she will found out what calls for their celebration.
She just entered the class and acted like she was taking something from someone when she opened all her ears and listened to what Becky and Elle was saying.
". thanks Elle I didn't even think I will get excellent cause I was super tried yesterday when I came back from his apartment and did the work ". Becky said without thinking of her environment.
when she heard what she wanted to hear, she went out to give the information to her boss in others to process it into something meaningful. " what was those idiot saying ". Peggy asked her friend when she got out of the class. ". well Becky got excellent in the project work we all got just a simple Good ". she said making her face looks like she doesn't like what she just said.
" how dare her got excellent in a project I got just a simple good! ". she said looking furious. she went away with her friends following her like dogs.
" Did you saw her". Elle asked Becky who was still not knowing that someone was spying her. ". who are you talking about". she said and looked around her but didn't saw anyone. ". I'm talking about Peggy and her stupid friends ". Elle said pointing at the place where they just left. " ohh really they were here I didn't see them". she said and went out to see if she will find them. " hey and where are you going! ". Elle shouted at her and rolled her eyes.
". no I just wanted to see them".
" and why do you want to see them"
"Ooh please let me be". they kept on taking and laughing when they heard the whole class quite. they turned to see what had happened that has made them quiet that instant. " Eii... what happened. ...why is the class quiet " Becky said and when she turned her head and saw who it was she put her head on her table . hiding her face from him.
"hey and why have you hide your face " Aaron said trying hard to forget about what happened just that night. he had really tried hard and had gathered courage to stood in front of her so he didn't want his courage to fade away.
The whole class attention was on them and he realized that Becky was feeling shy that is why she had hide her face. he then walked quietly to where Elle was sitting and told her to bring Becky to him at where they like to sat every afternoon. ". Got it sir".
Elle said and Aaron went out.
About a minute later, Elle pretended to be she hungry. "it looks like I'm. hungry". Elle said.
". Aah ..you just finished eating and you are hungry just now". Becky said looking surprised. ". why? are you in my tommy...I said I'm hungry and what is your problem with that if you want to come and escort me let go if not just stay back". she said and got up to go . Becky also got up and run after her. ". hey you wait for me I didn't mean it anyway ". she said while walking after her.
Their cafeteria was just a mile away from their class but because she know what she was up to, she told Becky that she won't to take a little fresh air under the tree then they can go and buy the food. ". Elle... what is it again didn't you said that you are hungry and now you want to take fresh air.. wasn't air in the class?. Becky asked while helding her waist. " Yes there was air in the class but I'm tried of staying in the AC for the whole day so I wanted fresh air..". She said and pushed her big glasses. Elle had an eye problem for the very first day she was born. her parent tried all that they could to help her not go blind and by God Grace she could see things well with her glasses on. without her glasses it will be a little difficult for her to see things just two meters away from her.
"where are you Aaron please come quickly and let me go.. cause I'm out of lies". Elle thought to her self. just then he came walking majestically like a prince and Yes he was looking like the Greek God he was , very handsome. Unseeing that, Elle quickly left Becky and told her that she was going to take something and she will be back soon. " what do you mean by that...Elle come back". Becky shouted at her but she was far gone.
" it seems like your friend just sold you out". she heard Aaron saying. " why are you here.. but I thought you promise you won't let us meet out for people to see that we are friends and what are you doing here?".
Becky asked with her curiousity face. but Aaron doesn't seem to be bothered about that.
