CHAPTER 116: A GHOST 3

"Okay? Did you hear that? She was like you so don't get scared!" The other man shouted from where he was.

Lisa and Lydia nodded in agreement.

"We should bury her then!" Lisa exclaimed suddenly bringing the attention of the people back to her.

"No! We can't. We must call the police or else if we touch it, we will be guilty of murder. A person's body is not something to play around with. Especially if we are still not yet to know who was responsible for this act" The bearded man said and clicked his mouth sadly.

"Then let us do that! We must make sure she rests in peace like others" Diana declared and soften her grip on her already calmed girls and walked towards the lifeless body.

She tiptoed closer and bend to be able to see the girl.

She scrutinised the girl and cried emotionally. She just couldn't imagine someone doing this to one of her daughters. She would just kill that person with her two hands and that was if she was still alive to witness that evil act.

She couldn't even dream at all.

The lifeless body was none other than  Clara, the girl who died due to an asthma attack which was triggered by the brutal and cruel treatment from the evil men who were sent by the prostitution leader ma'am Beatrice to take Blessing, Agnes, Vivian, Anita and the other girls.

But of course, Diana couldn't guess something like that at all nor she couldn't think about seeing Blessing again after the several attempts to look for her instead, she just felt bad because lying on the ground was one a person like them and her parents somewhere maybe they didn't know anything about this at all.

By this thought, Diana cried even more. She wept hard as she prayed to God to be given more life to raise her children to become responsible ladies who could stand for themselves so that they wouldn't get such a fate like Clara's.

"It's alright Mum!" Lisa tapped her mother who was kneeling in front of the lifeless body.

The men gazed at the scene and just shook their heads in sadness and dialled a number.

"Officers! We are at the government graves on the outskirts of town. Please we need you here. There is a girl who was thrown by unknown people. We just happened to discover it just now" He reported while the person on the other side just responded with a yes and after talking for some time, he hung up the phone and gazed at his colleague.

His eyes were already red probably because of all of this.

"They will soon be here" He reported and walked towards the weeping family, " Calm down ma'am! They will be here soon" Diana just nodded and stood up from where she was and hugged her children again.

"Mum! We haven't finished talking to dad and you didn't show us your friend who we came to visit" Lydia declared making Diana flinch a little.
