Inside the Facility 17

Mandy hardly regain her focus as she shook her head, which was hit by the rock nearby. She looked at Aaron who was struggling to fight Wendy. He was no matched for Wendy who has gain some ability from her new found power.

"Aaron! Wendy! Please stop!" Mandy tried to shout out them, but still futile. They no longer could hear her voice from the explosion outside and inside the place. She tried to get near them, but she was only thrown out from them. She did not stop from there, she continued trying to stop them.

Until one of them limply collapse in the ground. Mandy run through it and halt the fight. Wendy looked at her confusedly, trying to understand what Mandy was doing.

"Aaron, Please stop, it's not worth it... You can't undo things by doing this... We just have to accept and moved on... Wendy help us, she's not one of them... Please stop this now... Please..." Mandy pleaded in front of Aaron, while holding his back to support him.

He was fighting all the pain he feels all over his body, while listening to Mandy. But still it did not reached him, since he most likely have more grudge againts then. The pain, memory, experience and other things he recieved from them was deeply rooted in him. They have used up too many people to be forgiven. Even if it cause his life, he wants to atleast avenge them.

He never thought for all the time he acts tough in front of the other subject he still acknowledge each of them as his own family.

Aaron touched something on the ground. He immediately hid it behind him and unlocked the lid when Wendy turned back to herself and went towards them. As she get near, an explosion resonate the place.

"Wha-What ju-just happened"Mandy spoked out, her ears was ringing from the explosion. Her vision was unfocus as she checked her sorroundings.

Ba-dump Ba-dump Ba-dump... She could hear her heart beat loudly. She went down to see most of her body gone. She cried slowly as she felt her agonizing pain.

That was not an ordinary grenade, since it was made by the facilty the effect of the explosion was huge and mostly lethal for any being.

"Mandy? Mandy!" A crying voice get near and she was scoped in an arm roughly. Mandy recognized it was Wendy, which have minimal injury.

"I'm sorry I did not convince him enough, I should have known this would happen" Mandy could finally muster, before coughing in blood.

"No, Mandy you did not do anything bad. I should have known this would happen" Wendy still cried roughly infront of her.

She smiled in her before saying her last words in front of her.

Wendy saw how Mandy lost her consciousness. That when Wendy finally decide for herself and conviction to help Mandy and to pay back for all things she done enough.
